The best thing about our stay at the Big Hotel was the staff - so friendly, polite and helpful! The amenities were very good with great breakfast and broad menu. The hotel was quiet despite being in a convenient place near the Dharan Rd

Very nice hostel with Good food and very very good staff. Some food menu are slightly expensive and some are reasonable. Anyways really enjoyed stay in Big Hotel and next time too i would like to stay Big Hotel
