The room was too cold. Although asap we turned the air condition on, it took hours to warm up

Nice clean hotel with spacious rooms and extensive breakfast

Arrived at hotel after a full day travelling. Room heating broken. After 2 hrs waiting and requesting and only after demanding to be sorted, as first was told no rooms you just need to sleep in a cold room, they found fan heaters. Did it seller well due to noise of fan heater. Next day was told it would be sorted, or they will change the room. It was not fixed. Request the change to be told. Sorry no rooms free, “was told you have a fan heater” you can stay in the room” at this point I was going mad, Only after making a fuss and 1 hour and demanded for a manger, they found me a room to change, which the heating was working, but no phone as that was not working. After a further 1 hour backing and forward I was so fed up, I need to sleep, I said just leave. Very disappointed. When requested a credit/ refund due to first night of no heating and the lack of sleep, hotel not interested to sort the issue, or refund anything. Worse hotel experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Just disgusted at the attitude and lack of willingness to sort.

Wonderfully located. This property is just steps away from subway stations and in walking distance of the city centre. The hotel has an urban aesthetic, and offers good amenities like a gym and great room service.

NOT going back. Does NOT live up to a 4-star hotel at this price level: 1) NO mini bar 2) NO water boiler 3) Sauna has to request one-hour ago 4) Steam is not open, Finnish sauna only 65 degree (you kidding?!) 5) Very Limited-variety breakfast (better go somewhere else) 6) Small entry, almost missed it.

Great space and great location to Messe and CBD. Room is good size and clean.

Rooms on a smaller size for 2, close to park & 2 stations to "new old town" via underground

Hotel was nice and clean and quiet. The full sun side of the hotel can get quite hot even with ac on so make sure you find the metal shutter control and lower them during the day. Excellent stay would stay again.

Good location, easy walk to the Messe

The hotel is centrally located though in a quiet neighborhood with good access to restaurants and public transportation. Staff is friendly and the hotel itself is modern and quite comfortable.

New hotel in a quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from the center. Very nice room and good breakfast.

This is by far and away the best Hotel in all of Frankfurt. Why? Let’s start with their staff. The first person I met at check in was Giannis. He made me feel like the only guest in his home. Upon hearing of my flight cancellations and checking in a day late, Christina, the Manager on Duty came out and introduced herself, a real hospitality expert! Together, they offered to do anything to make my stay more pleasant. Went up to my modern, hip, clean room and changed for the trade fair, Messe is a pleasant 10 minute walk. Got back, tired and thirsty, Both bartenders Gilson and Christian became fast friends of mine. Both with local restaurant suggestions. BTW, they opened the spa 30 minutes early for me so I could soak and relax, amazing! During my stay I met Sinah, who kept the kitchen and dining room stocked and clean. Torek, the Front Manager took a box to DHL for me, who does that? He even packed the boxes for me! Sonya took care of my check out paperwork, all correct. All quick. In closing, your loss if you don’t experience the genuine love and kindness at this new boutique hotel. It was my retreat after 5 busy tradeshow days. I’m booking 2 years out right now! Thank you!

It's a stylish hotel however everything is marred by our housekeeping. Day 1 no water bottle kept, no soap Day 2 no water still, no coffee refilled, called up front desk Day 3 no water again, no coffee again, called up from fresh, no shower gel, called up front desk, took away slippers and did not replace Day 4, some normality, there is water bottle, coffee and shampoo ... Day 7 old habits back again! No shower gel, no signs of slippers yet The room is cramped, was surprised to see there is no mini bar. Steam bath sauna and gym are great and worth it.

Super friendly and polite staff - very welcoming! Rooms are well-designed and stylish.

A comfortable and sleek hotel in a great location! Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym was just enough for workout and lobby comfy for business meetings.
