Very clean, friendly host Roger and Sylvia, delicious breakfast, pleasant stay and right in front of the beach, prime location! Excellet overall!!!!

Beautiful location. Had a view over looking the sea so peaceful and quite. 5mins from train station lovely walk along the sea front to the B&B.

Great location with dining and tourist sites within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy and the hosts made us fell very welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

An excellent location on the beach front. Thank you Roger and Sylvia for a comfortable stay and lovely breakfasts. One point to be aware of, our "private bathroom" included an en-suite shower, but separate toilet, only for our use, which was down a short corridor.

Friendly staff, very close to the sea and easy walk into town centre. Lots of places to eat. Lyndale was clean and well maintained we really enjoyed our stay.

Sylvia and Roger were the perfect hosts. They couldn’t do enough for me after I fell Ill before Id even unpacked my bags for my three night stay. I would totally recommend anyone to stay here.

Our stay at Lyndale was just a couple of days rest after our Wedding and it was amazing. Our hosts were so helpful and couldn't do enough!! The location could not be beaten either 50m from the sea. Breakfast on both days was delicious and hot. Our room was lovely and comfortable and we can't wait to come back.

The owners / family were so lovely, they had a kind warming welcome and made you feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect, even managed a quick sip in the sea! Our room had a shower in the actual room and toilet down the hallway which we didn’t expect, would have been good to know before arrival, although a bit strange we got used to it and would come back to stay again, although maybe try a different room.

Great Location, near to town and just across the raod from the beach. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast, would recommend this Guest House

Friendly staff and lovely view. Only downside was the shower. Hot water took a long time to reach third floor and water flow was slow.

Lovely people, very friendly.would recommend it and would definitely stay there again.
