My stay was good loved the area. Enjoyed pool & jacuzzi.

AC smells terrible like someone is smoking, carpets were not clean, staff was very helpful.

Clean, quiet place. Stayed with my family of 5. Ages 7, 11 and 16 which all enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was okay, good enough to get your day started.

The staff was very friendly and our room was very clean and spacious. Definitely a good place to stay with the family.

This hotel had an elevator down the whole time. I guess it had been down for months. The room was nice and big but, the fan in the bathroom NEVER turned off, it drove me crazy all night long. Also in the room the back of the curtains were covered in food stains. Breakfast was gross and they could not keep up with the people so there was often no food. The employees were not overly friendly and because there was only 1 elevator they had to squish in with us with their cleaning carts.it was a good location for the things we were doing but would never recommend this property. Usually Marriot has higher standards than this.

We came the week of the huge LA fires. The staff have been nothing but helpful and friendly. We ended up having friends who had to evacuate have their son stay with us and we were able to get a suite upgrade. The cleaning staff kept up with all the teenagers in the rooms we filled. The breakfasts were solid hotel breakfasts. The gym and pool are great amenities. We also used the on site laundry which had enough machines that I never had to wait to get a load started. Highly recommend.

Gerneral are quite good. Only complaint is the Mattress in Sofa bed. It like demage. you cannot sleeping>.<!

Breakfast was always out of everything. Called front desk 3 time to get towels and coffee of the room. They never came. Had to track down a maid in the hall.

Likes: •Room/guest service was A . •Pool was clean and heated. There’s a hot tub too so that’s a plus. •Room was clean (although carpet looks a bit outdated and dirty) •Area was quiet, walls seem thick, can’t really hear your neighbors. •Room was spacious and comes with sofa bed too (dislike was sofa bed smells) •Provide full size hair shampoo, conditioner and body wash •Provide dish soap Dislikes: • Paid parking • Breakfast (it was decent but wish they had more selections like waffles/pancakes for kids) • Keys kept having issues to get into property and room (but we were staying overnight only so didn’t make it a big deal) Area is decent. Lots of food options nearby. We felt safe. Will definitely return.

Limited options for breakfast, not too clean

The place was great but the breakfast was not good

Our room was large and comfortable for a family of 5. The location was super convent with easy access on and off the freeway. Overall the hotel was clean, but lacked in certain areas, such as the hallway to our room not being vacuumed for 2 days despite obvious food spilled. We requested towels for 5 people 3 times and still had to chase down extra towels every day. We ran out of toilet paper twice as housekeeping never left an extra roll. Overall, I’d stay here again for the room design and conscience, but the housekeeping staff needs to do much better.

Location is convenient for beach area and not too far from West LA. There isn’t anything that is walking distance, We asked for towels/bedding and were not delivered. We asked for towels in the pool area that were also not delivered. The breakfast was standard, but convenient.

I wish the cleaning staff can speak English. Any cleaning instructions has to go to front desk.

There was a bunch of hair in my hair dryer bag and asked several times extra towel but they didnt bring them by ignoring and teapot was not working, there were not tissues when i asked from housekeeping, she told me that was out of stock, lol . So ridiculous

Beautiful hotel! Loved this place. It was spacious and had very comfortable beds. The downside is their laundry facility. Don’t use it!! The washer doesn’t drain all the water out. The dryer barely made any heat. Ridiculous price for the laundry. No coin machine. The front desk didn’t help with quarters.
