Good airport hotel. Difficult to get to from the car park though without having to walk in the road. Also, there was no food menu in the room and it wasn’t easy to find anything online either. Everything else was fine.

Beautiful hotel adjacent to the Birmingham airport and only a few minutes walk away from the terminal. Free breakfast and very clean rooms.

Very clean and efficient for the airport

Fast, efficient check-in. On-site restaurant offering a good variety of options. Clean and quiet, nothing to not like about our stay.

I'm gluten free and lactose intolerant, no option for both breakfast was poached egg and mushroom in toast and a bowl of fruit not milk substitute. Room was cold.

Very close to airport departures (altho Novotel is the nearest hotel), easy walking distance. We found the restaurant offered less dining options than the Novotel so walked down there for our evening meal

Close to airport. Didn't like having to pay for short parking.

Dis-interested reception staff only willing to do the absolute minimum.

Convenient to AIrport and for B'ham Int'l Station. The breakfast was good if standard and available early for a Sunday. The room was too hot as aircon had too high a minimum and windows did not open. No fridge or mini bar in room. No shaving mirror or paper or pens in room. 2 tea bags wholly inadequate.

Terrible mattress, could feel the springs. Very uncomfortable.

The food on offer in the restaurant didn’t appeal to us so we went to M&S for our supper and breakfast. Apart from that it was a very clean and comfortable stay

Nice comfy luxurious ,very clean room, no noise. First time staying in airport hotel.. easy to get to. Very happy overall.. will definitely stay again 👍😊

Very convenient for Birmingham airport for departures and arrivals. Restaurant on site. Room good size, nicely furnished and firm but comfy beds. Lovely white fluffy towels and great hot shower.

Room had a couple of cleaning issues have reported this has yet no reply yet
