I very much enjoyed the view and how close it was to everything downtown.

Fantastic view but could've used a functioning heating system.

The unit was very cold and we could not change the temperature on the thermostat. On the coldest night of the year in Toronto it was very cold.

Customer service was very poor had to call a number and ni answering had to leave a message 😣😑 this eas not what I expected for so much money

The place was nice. I would recommend something else to sleep on as the couch bed was very hard and uncomfortable

The unit was perfect, as the downtown and CN Tower view was overlooking from our suite and bedrooms. It’s clean, lots of toiletries, towels. I preferred and come back to stay in this unit in the Summer next year 2020. I hope to book it earlier. More power and Keep up!! Thank you so much!!!

Everything I needed for this unit was provided. EXCELLENT communication. Nicely decorated/ fully functional and clean! You've just rented your good friend's studio apartment. Highly recommended

It was nice and cozy. It was very clean and had everything I needed. The staff was great, they would respond my questions right away and were very helpful.

The property was really nice the only downside was about the keys

I was disappointed with the location. Not walking distance from downtown, nothing close by. Also disappointed the couch was not a pull out bed, no blankets provided. Two people sleeping on a couch was uncomfortable.

Great location. Lovely room. I booked through expedia On phone. I was online and wanted a queen bed (bedroom) and it was also to have a pull out couch. I was told this was a closer room to my stay in Toronto and I asked if everything was the same and was told yes. Pull out couch really was uncomfortable for people pushing 60. Not sure how I can avoid this next time we are heading to the Royal.

Nicely located near attractions but not in the a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle.

The only thing good was the location and it “appeared” nice. Beyond that everything else was a nightmare and only was refund $80 of my $260 charge, which also includes a hidden fee of an additional $60 above the advertised price.

Beautiful space with everything you could need to feel at home. The bed is not as comfortable as expected but its not bad either

Check in and out a bit confusing but overall efficient. The fact that the place has 2 entrances and each entrance has 2 street addresses is baffling. BUT a sofa (the bed?) that is not made and without linens etc. is downright inhospitable! In addition a kitchen window was broken and the bathroom didn't close.
