My 2 day stay here with my sister was everything we were looking for. It's super close to the attractions (right outside of the castle, and a couple of blocks from the waterfront). Communications were great, we were able to leave our luggage here prior to our check-in. Room was great for 2 people, AC worked well, shower worked well. Even had a fridge and small kitchen appliances. Beds were comfortable. Bedding was decent.

If you are looking for a place to stay that is close to all attractions including the beach, has great staff, is clean and has THE BEST air conditioning in all of Europe- this is the place for you. Nicholas was the best host we have ever worked with- very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Everything that you want to see in Split is a short walk away and the air conditioning was top notch. We would stay here again and ten outta ten recommend.

The property was in a cute gated compound with easy walking distance to attractions. Nicholas was very helpful during check in process. The only thing that was a bit odd was the sliding bathroom door which had gaps.

Central & yet quiet. All facilities worked - Tv / A/C / fridge. Spacious room & excellent communication at all times with staff & owner about access - despite arriving very late.

Nick (the manager) was really helpful, which made all the difference since I was travelling solo. The accommodation is located in a great position only 10 min walk from the port and Riva. The apartment was clean and spacious and included everything you need for a short stay.

I believe there was an administrative error so we did not get our room in the hotel but staff had found us an alternative which turned out to be an upgrade in our booking. We were grateful that they took care of this without us having to worry at all but can’t provide any comment on the hotel facilities. Check-in was easy and we were provided loads of helpful info for our stay.

Nicholas was a great host and made check-in easy. He gave us excellent dining options and some tips for the surrounding area. The place is a short walk to old town as well as the bus station and harbour. We had a great stay!

Host was extremely accommodating. Rooms were updated and large with small kitchenette, small refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, table/chairs. Great AC, water pressure, hot water. Only 2 blocks from Old Town. A block from a supermarket. A beautiful courtyard with thousands of grapes hanging from the pergola. Though not advertised, the host let us use the washer & dryer. A really great place to stay in Split!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. The property manager, Nicholas was extremely kind and helpful when we decided at the last minute to extend our stay. If I am lucky enough to return to Split, I will definitely stay here.

Villa Minerva is a really nice place. Everything is close by and I was able to walk to any place wanted. The property manager is really friendly and goes out of his way to help and make your visit enjoyable. I had a great time.

The place was very unique. We had our own little outdoor terrace/sitting area. The rooms were fine, lacking a living room/couch. The location is good, very close to the old area of the city connected by old walking only streets, it was very cool. The city is very nice, wish we had more time there. More pillows for sleeping or more supportive pillows is recommended.

Overall very nice. The only issues were the chandelier near the window being always in the way, and that all lamps had cool blue light bulbs making it hard to fall asleep. We missed warm lights.
