Poor management experience, NO CLEANING AT ALL.... WE ARE BEEN LEFT INSIDE THE APARTMENT FOR 4 LONG DAYS WITHOUT NEITHER THE PLASTIC BAGS FOR THE GARBAGE and NEITHER WITH SOAP TO CLEAN DIAHES OR FOR THE DISHWASHER. The safe didn't work and I had my documents locked in with my keys and other things, so I tried for over 30 hours to call Beatrice that was the person that open the door the first day and collected all the money, and NOBOFMDYVASSISTED ME AND NEITHER ANSWERED MY NEEDS AND FIX THE SAFE FOR OVER A DAY. THIS IS NOT ACCETTABLE WHEN YOU HAD TO PAY OVER 100 euro per night.... THE SHERATON AND MARIOTT PROPERTIES could cost me less if I knew all those issues ND I had a 5 star service with daily cleaning and immediate HELP BY THEIR FRONT DESK. I paid over 50 euro to buy cleaning products for the apartment....the management refused to me to bring me anything even to disinfect my washroom and as EVERYBODY KNOWS, AT LAST THE BATHROOM NEEDS TO VE CLEAN 2 TIMES A DAY.
WHAT A HELL OF STAY IS BEEN. NO COMMUNICATION OR HELP AT ALL, THEY NEVER ANSWER YOUR CALLS even if you had to use your INTERNAZIONAL PHONE NUMBER. LEFT ALONE FOR ALL OUR STAY AND KICKED OUT AT 11:05 AM cause THEY NEED NANDATORY TO CLEAN THE ROOM FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER.... A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.... LOST OVER 380 EURO FOR JUST SLEEPING CAUSE CANNOT USE THE KITCHEN after the first night cause I had a nice dinner with my partner and the kitchen was very dirty and cannot clean with ANYTHING.
