Yes, good fresh breakfast, nice to have warmed quality pastries to start the morning and more offered later. Car park is right on the corner of a one-way system so giving a warning of how quickly it comes upon you and W3W would help, otherwise if you realise its there just too late you end up going round the one-way system again!

We were greeted by Dale, who kindly helped us checking in very promptly at the bar. We were asked to schedule our breakfast(free of charge) time for the next morning. We were afraid that the room might be noisy at night as all the rooms were right above the bar/restaurant but it was very quiet. Room/bath nicely updated with modern yet cozy vibe and spotlessly clean! our room was facing the main street with some mountain view. parking was free and right behind the building. After a good-night sleep, we went downstairs for our breakfast. the bar/restaurant nicely set up for breakfast. menu included several options from full English to lighter on the go. Dale took very good care of our breakfast orders. very friendly and willing to share local info for our next journey. we were blown by how nice the hotel/restaurant was, way better than the photos we reviewed on the google. plus the staff, especially Dale was extremely kind and welcoming. overall, it was an excellent stay with great value. we definitely want to stay at the Tilman again and recommend it to everyone!

Excellent hotel. Friendly efficient staff. Parking provided. Well located in the heart of the town. Room was spacious and comfortable. Heating worked well. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Good meals available in the pub. One thing to note, there is no lift in the building, so stairs have to be negotiated which could be a concern, especially with luggage.

Extremely clean place from top to bottom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place had a relaxed but quirky feel to it. Right in the centre so useful to get to surroundings. The breakfast was incredible and could tell was locally sourced. Will definitely be returning.

Nice rooms easy check in / out, great location next to loads of restaurants, and the smash burgers / fries served were very good (no vegan option though). Slightly strange parking system where you need to call and ask each time you want them to open the gate.

Yes breakfast was good, on arrival i had asked for a low floor as my husband has walking problems on check in they said they hadn't read my request and they had put us on the third floor, couldn't have got any higher but had no other rooms so unfortunately we couldn't go to the room in the day as he couldn't do the stairs more than once a day i must admit it put a dampener on our stay , im not sure we would stay again because of this issue, you shouldn't have a request box if its not going to be read !

Easy check-in. Room was big and bed really comfortable- large walk in shower was great! Air conditioning in room was fab too! Breakfast was included and was delicious with plenty of different options. Staff friendly and welcoming. A brilliant stay over the bank holiday weekend

The staff were welcoming, breakfasts on Thursday and Friday excellent. Quiet room which were clean and comfortable.

Gorgeous room with luxurious bathroom. Loved the extra touches like posh hot chocolate and biscuits as part of the tea and coffee supplies in room and water, milk and orange juice in fridge in room. Selection of books to read on shelf and safe for security. Location is fab. Right in the centre of Barmouth. Brilliant free car park and gorgeous breakfast.

Room and bathroom was good size and clean, staff were very nice and breakfast was very good, only down side to our room was we were above kitchen extractor so could not open window or got cooking smells in room
