Location was not great in relation to the street cars rumbling past the building every 30 seconds, or so it seemed, however, bedroom was in the back of the unit away from the street. Good value for the price point.

The spacious apartments were of high standard overall. close to the city. Free parking near by road.

Very unique and nice apartment in the city. Lots of eateries and shops within walking distance. The tram that takes you to the city center is just a block away.

Room conditions was excellant and very clean. Additionally you can stay the room as the same as the pictures on the web site. Location also good to be accessed and reach to the tour centre by tram within 15 min. It could be the best if there is a sign board showing KRUC on the gate.

Nice place with small kitchenette. The owner were very helpful and allowed us to check out late which was very helpful for our backpacking trip. I can’t say enough how nice and helpful they were.

I like the area and I'd stay again. There's plenty of grocery stores, cheap parking and a few food options nearby and it's only 4KN on a tram to the Old Town.

Good place for travel and visit plenty areas of learning Croatia history

Appartement en duplex très bien exploité et très pratique. Situation géographique parfaite à quelques pas des tramway, des magasins et du centre ville. Une hôte vraiment agréable et soucieuse de notre confort, toujours à l'écoute De de bon service.

Het appartement was heel leuk ingericht, met een zithoek beneden en de slaaphoek op een verhoging in de kamer. Er is een goed werkende airco aanwezig, evenals een koelkast en een fijne badkamer. Er is een supermarkt zeer dichtbij. Er zijn tramhaltes zeer dicht bij het appartement, maar ook te voet ben je vrij snel in het centrum, het treinstation en de dierentuin.

inchecken gaat vlot. Host reageert snel terug afspraken worden nagekomen. Prima lokatie leuke levendige wijk dicht bij OV. Tramhalte op ca 50meter. Appartement klein maar knus. Voldoende kastruimte. Alles functioneert naar behoren. Bij extreme warmte Airco aanwezig.
