The dinner was amazing and we felt welcome and well cared for.

This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. Oh and the views from the rooms are just exquisite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer than one night.

L’hébergement est incroyable quand on recherche le vrai Japon - la chambre est très spacieuse - les yukatas sont prêtés afin de se plonger dans cette ambiance japonaise - nous avons très bien dormi sur les fuyons - les repas étaient très bons et le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable !! This is a historic Japanese ryokan located right in front of Tanzan Shrine, set in a quiet mountain area. The building itself is old and not a traditional Japanese structure, but the clean guest rooms are tatami-style Japanese rooms. There are no restaurants nearby, so it is recommended to include both breakfast and dinner. The staff are very kind, and the local Japanese-style barbecue served at dinner was especially delicious.

スタッフの対応が親切でとてもよかった

客室は和室にリビングが付いた広い部屋で良かったです。 到着したらホテル前にスタッフの方が待機されていて駐車場🅿️のことなど親切に対応して頂きました。 フロントや案内

清潔で掃除が行き届いている。細やかな心配りで、リピーターが多いのが納得です。朝食が種類量ともに多くて、とても美味しい。旅館なので部屋が広く、家族やグループ旅行で行っても充分な広さです。山の水を引いているので、お茶や、お水が美味しい。また機会があれば是非利用したい 旅館です。

案内が丁寧で安心できた

談山神社の正面というか真向かいにあり、ほとんどの部屋から十三重塔が正面に見えるはず。紅葉の時期は最高でしょうね。 建物は古いのでしょうが、内装は要所をきれいにしてあり、必要十分です。 スタッフの方も皆さん親切で、とてもよくしていただきました。

また行きたいと思いました。
