Fantastic staff. Very welcoming. Getting to the door was a bit of an adventure. Huge room with large bath and giant tub. Loads of hot water. Comfy bed and couch. Only issue is that sound absolutely travels due to the original nature of the doors. Other than that, absolutely perfect.

We stayed at the property for four nights and truly enjoyed the attentive and kind staff. They were helpful when you needed them and wouldn't push their services, unlike a lot of businesses in Marrakesh. There is a great terrace on the top floor to enjoy the view when you are back from exploring. The only thing I recommend if you are booking this property is request their help with finding their property the first day since cars can't go inside the medina and drop you off a five-minute walk away from them. Google Maps will be confused. It can be them booking a special taxi who will walk you to the property or some other arrangement.

Not a sponsored review. Hands down one of the best places I have ever been, wished I stayed longer. Service, decor, cleanliness, roof top ✅ Hassan was amazing and accommodating, quick responses via WhatsApp. The riad is down a twisty alley, but there was a security guard outside to show me where to go. Definitely would come back.

Beautiful Riad with fantastic staff. Be aware that you will have to pass a dark part of the Medina to get to it but you can call the Riad and they will come and get you.

This property was gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our 1 night stay was comfortable. Hassan outdid himself and was always helpful and pleasant. The chef, Atti made us a chocolate cake for our anniversary. If we return we will definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful Riad. It's been beautifully decorated and furnished. The staff were very welcoming especially Hassan who was so kind and helpful. The Riad is a bit difficult to find but we organised a taxi through Expedia /The Riad to drop us and Hassan met us and helped us with our bags when we arrived so we did not have to find it. The rooms are spacious and overlook the courtyard. It's quiet and safe as there is a security guard on in the evening which made us feel secure. We had no issues at all in the Medina. It was central location for shopping and well located.Recommended!!

Once you find the Riad, which is like most tucked away in a little alley, you arrive at a beautiful oasis in the middle of bustle of the medina. The courtyard has a wonderful plunge pool and sunloungers on the top terrace. The beds were big and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. They offered to escort us to places so we didn’t get lost in the souks. They booked a balloon flight for us and supplied copious amounts of orange juice and water. It is a dry riad, so no alcohol served, but the food is great. The cous cous a must try.

We enjoyed our stay in this peaceful Riad. Hassan and Ahmed were very friendly and helpful. Very well located, lovely breakfast served on the roof terrace, traditional decor. Rooms need a bit of tlc but are comfortable and spacious. Although it’s down a long alley, there’s a security man who escorts you each night so we never felt unsafe. We did have a long wait for our prebooked airport transfer which wasn’t a great start, but Ramadan impacted timings we think. Still recommend doing the transfer because the area is quite challenging to navigate so we were grateful Hassan met us to guide us through the winding streets.

The hospitality is top tier. All of the staff were amazing but Hassan is who we interacted with the most. He took care of all everything we needed and also made accommodations for us to make sure our stay in Marrakech went smoothly. If we ever return to Marrakech we would stay here again as we were treated like family.

Over-priced in overall. Staff is friendly, but the location on google map is wrong. It takes 3-5 minutes to the strret for car.

The term ‘an oasis in the desert’ is probably overused in Morocco, and maybe rarely used to describe a hotel, but that’s exactly what this hotel was. We’d ended up driving through some incredibly busy and tight streets near the Medina so we’re super stressed by the time we arrived at the hotel, however, when we arrived we could not have been made to feel more at home especially by Hassan who was the most friendly helpful person we could imagine, nothing was too much trouble for him. The hotel itself is stunning, quiet and comfortable, I will 100% be returning to spend longer there (we only had one night), everything about this place was special. Thank you so much.
