The staff checked in very enthusiastic and friendly. However, the price policy of this hostel does not seem obvious. I booked a night here on the app with dorm bed price of 95k, then want to stay 1 more night so ask if I can register at the front desk and pay the price as on the app, if the price is different (7 $), then I will book it again on the app (because I understand that the promotion can only apply on the app). Yet this hostel owner pretends to be like: No bro, on the app we automatically download the rates but our hotel costs $ 7, no VND 95k. He told me to wait for a book, please book again in the afternoon. I see there is a problem here because the application of promotions on OTAs must be given by the hotel, but the app does not dare to reduce itself. I checked this hostel price on B ** king and Ag ***, the price is only $ 3 for the same room. Come back here, No Room available - out of room: an impact phase of this hostel. The money is not much, but I don't like this type of business. I cleaned the room immediately. I rate 1 * for this attitude but add 2 * to the staff who checked in the night before for me.
