Convenient Location....

Requested ground floor room due to no elevator and we got one!

The bed sheets pillows have very bad odor. They have not been washed and/or properly cleaned to have fresh smell.

Room was nice but the air/heater unit runs all day/night even when it is turned to off. Phone in room did not work. Rooms were average, mattress was like sleeping on a plank of wood. Hotel run down and in need of updating from the 80’s. Pool shut down & by the looks of it has been a long time. Staff were friendly. Overall needs updated

It appears that the pool is permanently closed - they should let people know that. The rooms appear to be recently redone (carpet, decor, etc.) but the mattresses are so hard and thin - a mattress topper would go a long way towards making them more comfortable.

The front desk moved up to a different room. Of which i was happy. The 1st room we had a smell. Slept awsome.

Liked the decor inside the Lobby, rooms were clean and modern. Area around hotel kind of sketch. Beds rather on the firm side. Overall good experience

This Super 8 needs to be updated their rooms are ok but it could be better especially if it is like almost the only hotel in town!!!!!!!

The room was clean, but the pool was closed and there was garbage and cigarette butts all over the ground at the enteran entrance. The ive maker did not work and nothing posted on the ice machine! No front desk help available. We were seriously debating on booking a different hotel! And we wish we would have. The conditions we’re vey unfavorable and we will not be staying there again!

It was very smelly, could not understand the ones that work there. Very unfriendly. The coffee was awful! The food for breakfast was awful. We ended up driving to Watertown and rent a room there.

Our room smelled like someone had smoked a pack of cig in it. It was to be a non smoking room. The AC didn’t cool when you turned it on the smell of cig smoke was over powering. The fan in bathroom didnt work. Our bath towels looked like they wiped up the floor with them then folded and put back, they were dirty. There was garbage in the garbage can by tv. Would not waste you money or time keep going to next tow n.

The rooms were clean but the pool was not open which is why I booked the hotel. The pool should be open in the summer when it is so hot.

We had to cancel due to weather.

Ice machine was not working nor was the pool or exercise room.

The bed was very uncomfortable. They don't have a pool or workout room as it states on the website. Breakfast was very basic: cereal, toast, etc.

Sheets smelled like big spray
