The online communication from the staff was very kind and helpful. We never actually saw any staff in person. The room was the most basic I’ve seen, and some parts were not the cleanest. Overall it worked out fine, but I would probably pick somewhere else if we return

Very average basic room, very loud

As far as 'basic accomodation' goes this is first class! The manager was so welcoming and went out of his way to recommend his local favourite bars with ecellent tapa. Ate like a local and was very, very happy. Highly recommended!! Lots of stairs and no lift but gets you fit! Bed comfy. A little noisy with little balcony looking over busy street but ear plus sort that out. Right smack, bang in the centre of all that Granada has to offer!!

Property is excellent for the location due to how convenient it is from everything within the city. The owner or partner whose name I forgot to ask is excellent and he was so helpful to us. I would stay there again for the convenience.

Such a cozy room with brilliant AC and a cool balcony. Location was absolutely perfect, right next to the calle de almireceros for the best tapas bars. Host was incredibly kind, and honestly this property is a work of art with how antique it is. I even had a tour guide showing a walking tour ask me how my stay was who was showing the front door to her group.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Excellent communication when I had questions about check in and parking. The facility is a bit dated but is an excellent spot for the price.

Carlos was fantastic and the property could not have had a better location. The downsize is that the building is old and shows it.

Only one minute walk from the cathedral and all amenities of the city making it the perfect position for a short city break

Sergio was very helpful the day I arrived. He was in contact with me during my travels to Granada and was kind enough to wait for me until I checked in (office hours were until 4). I had 2 pices of luggage with me which Sergio helped me carry up 3 flights of stairs

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room was clean, and the location is great, you can walk to many landmarks.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay! Carlos is very friendly and helpful. He told me about an upcoming festival in the city which was very appreciated! The area is not as noisy as other reviews make it out to be, and after all it is in the city center. However, we did not mind at loved the area as it was near everything we wanted to see.

Hotel itself was ok. The area around it is 20 hour party area: loud, drunk people most of the night. This is a community awareness issue and does not reflect on the hotel. If you are a light sleeper this is NOT the place for you. (it wasn't for me).

Very helpful staff. I give it my highest rating.
