Property was clean and comfortable but lacked basic coffee and tea making.

Convenient location close to Gare St Jean and frequent bus service to central Bordeaux. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant nearby. We were also able to get a pizza and beer in the evening to take to our room. Only downside was the air conditioning. It seemed to be on a timer and it felt hot during the night. We had to get up and reset it.

A nice place to stay for a short time in Bordeaux. Very close to the train station and a short walk into other parts of the town. Comfortable and good value. Friendly, multi-lingual, staff and breakfast on offer (though we didn't have time to partake in that). Overall, good value for the money.

This hotel was nicer than I expected. Very clean, helpful staff and an eco friendly room(large soap dispensers, smart lighting options). Perfect sized room for 1 person. Convenient to the city tram and Gare St Jean.

Good location. 5 minutes from the back of the station. You need to walk through the station to front to get connecting trains. The place was clean and had a decent breakfast. Value for money. Good for a short stay.

Perfect hotel for a stopover in Bordeaux...very clean and friendly/helpful staff.

The WiFi Internet here is very annoying. Its speed varies between fast and painfully slow, and it frequently (every few hours) asked me to log into it again. Also, the air conditioning was weird. It didn't let me set a specific temperature, and I wasn't sure if it was even working.

Very new hotel and it makes a difference to 3 star hotels. Everything was in good condition and rooms had everything you need. Friendly staff on the front desk offered good advice on getting to town and place to get a drink local to the hotel. Slightly odd area, but felt safe and easy access to town via the tram.

This place was excellent. We booked it by chance, purely on its location as we needed to be at Gare St Jean early morning. We were more than delighted with the hotel. On arrival we were welcomed by Reception and found the check in straight forward. It worked well having a key pad for room access rather than a key or key card. The hotel is new and felt very clean. We would highly recommend it and can't wait to stay again.

Excellent location and rate

Modern business-style hotel just two blocks away from the St Jean train station, therefore very convenient if you are travelling by train. They have a closed space to safely park your bike, which is the main reason why I chose them. Very friendly staff. Breakfast area is a bit too small, you need to avoid the peak hour. Room was beautiful with a nice view towards the city center. Plenty of public transportation options, but also just 20-30 minutes walking distance to the city center.
