We got to enjoy with the family a great time, really great place to stay and the pizza was amazing 😋

Buckle Up!! If you plan on driving here, don't, save your vehicles suspension the headache. The roads into this place are horrific, if you're hauling a trailer... even worse. When we first arrived they tried to tell me I didn't already pay half of the 13000 peso stay despite me proving it with emails and bank records. This went on for the first 2 days until they finally located it on their end but didn't apologize at all for the stress caused by them not doing their due diligence. We also found out afterwards that they rent out a fully equipped house for 210 dollars for the week. We paid 900 dollars. 900!!!!!!!!!!! I feel completely ripped off and like this place knew exactly what they were doing. The cabin rented by us looked cute on the outside but the inside is basically glorified camping. No toilet paper, no towels, no drinking water. We had to request these things for 2 whole days. Thank goodness we had family to help us out with the basics. We tried to make the best of it despite the hassle and having no supplies. The cabin is SMALL. The toilet is so close to the shower you can't put your feet on the floor you have to put them in the shower. Shower was OK but with such a small water tank two people cannot shower to get ready. We purchased special tickets to their Christmas dinner. Ultimately we paid 24 dollars per person for a plate of spaghetti. No one else was even there for the dinner. Why not just cancel it and refund our money for lack of interest from everyone else? We heard from others afterwards they knew it would be a bad meal for too much money but we thought it was a special Christmas meal being offered. We were very wrong. They said the restaurant was open but, nothing during our whole week stay here indicated that it was. Always dark and no one there. We flew in so clearly we're not coming with big bags of groceries. The kitchen wasn't equipped to cook a meal anyways. We couldn't show up for a meal at the restaurant but on the day we were checking out, someone came with a menu for us to view for takeout. The day we were LEAVING. No one talked to us the entire rest of our stay and upon check out there was no one to be found so I left the keys on the front desk chair and gladly left this place. The sewage smell at times was unbearable. Avoid this place at all costs. Worst experience ever and I cannot believe they can in good conscience keep 900 dollars for that when I know from people we met there that their friends just rented a whole house for 210 dollars for a week. Complete rip off and will never return.

Very nice and well-maintained facility. The restaurant seems to be in its initial phase and is still finding its footing, but I believe it has sufficient potential. The journey to the nearby town of Jocotepec is challenging and takes some getting used to.

It's a social club, mostly for just a stay-in one night, this due to the horrible mattress inside the cabins, the place looks old, but it is a beautiful place to visit. The gardens and the commons areas a pretty nice, as well as the pools, it is a social club that have at least been open since the 70's or that's the impression that I got. The restaurant is awful too, If you are going to visit this place bring your own food and if possible, get your own pillow, blankets and if you can clean up the bed that you would sleep on, because yeap, it is awful.

Just beautiful! Lake side 2 swimming pools. One natural spring water naturally heated by thermal springs. Enchanting. Beautifully kept grounds. Kitchen and dining facilities. Tennis court . Volleyball . Pool tables in clubhouse also place to grab snacks and treats 24 hrs security gate Extremely courteous staff. Really delightfull
