The first night was horrible, one room had many bed bugs. We didn’t use one of the rooms as we didn’t want to deal with the bugs. For the Second room the girls took the bed boards off as they found spiders. I did request to get moved to another room. Reception was understandable and got us moved the same night. We did get moved to another bigger cabin. Which was much cleaner. Other than the first night we ran out of water. The last two nights we had issues sleeping due to a sound of a pipe. Which kept going off and on every 5 minutes or less. The kitchen staff was incredible.

Paid for breakfast and staff wasnt working that day. Bugs and cockroaches in room. Pool was dirty, felt unsafe in rooms.

There were no pictures of the interior of the cabins. No bedroom, no closet, no drawers, very small bathroom, could not sit on the toilet straight, very small shower, no wifi, tiny tiny bathroom sink under the tv. Hot water and comfortable bed.

I enjoyed the uniquness of this resort combining the atmosphere of a country club with camping.

Las cabañas son muy pequeñas máximo para 3 personas, áreas verdes en muy buen estado

Excelente lugar para descansar,ar, solo tomar en cuenta que las cabañas son algo pequeñas, de ahí en más, es excelente opción. Nos encantó, si volveremos.
