The room was great. It was very convenient to the road and a perfect stay along our route.

Booking showed AC and WiFi included, there was no air conditioning and the room was so hot, no way anyone can stay or breath in that room. The WiFi did not work from the room, asked the front desk 3 times , and she said there’s nothing they can do, asked for another room, at least closer to the routers, denied, I was told it was all booked. Doubt it. Asked to speak to a manager, and I was told there is no may, I insisted to speak to anyone who’s higher than that lady at the front desk, after she noticed how frustrated I was, she called/texted a manger, no answer of course. I requested to cancel the booking, the lady at front desk canceled and told me the full refund will go thru Expedia in 24 hours, she couldn’t even give me a cancellation confirmation #. Useless staff. They don’t care . Their sign states, best location, service and price. Not at all. The location is scary and in industrial area.

Both the reception staff Brenda and Dan were very helpful and friendly staff, unfortunately my stay was spoiled by the food (club sandwich) was appalling i only ate a quarter and the rest went back i wasnot offered a alt nor was i discounted on my bill paying full price , i would not eat there again

Too far nothing around

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was simple, but good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is away from the main city and surrounded by empty fields or factories. A great place to stay for an overnight trip as one passes through Madrid / Illescas.

Very cool hotel with more than expected. Even a pool. Huge bedroom. Huge and very comfortable bed. Great bathroom with large shower. Even toiletries were great quality. Bar/cafe served simple good quality food and staff extremely helpful.

When we arrived there was no one at the desk and we waited for about 5 minutes until a gentleman arrived. He seemed bothered and was rude to us. The room was clean and parking convenient. However, there was no AC and we opened the window. At 2:00 AM a group of people decided to have a party in the parking area. Our reservation included breakfast and we were told that we had to pay because they could to see on their end. We showed them the reservation and did not have to pay.

My only problem I had was, I needed to cut my stay short by a day, but the receptionist told me I still had to pay for all my reserved days cause I had booked thru Expedia, I paid the whole bill but still left the day early.. ☹️ plans change, but they didn't seem to care.

The only thing I did not like was that no GPS is capable to locate with the hotel's address, I don't know why and I don;t know if the hotel could do something about it. It took me 2 hours to find it ! Once arrived everything was great.

Estoy muy descontenta y me siento engañada. No me han hecho factura porque no han querido y el registro de entrada fue muy complicado cuando ponen recepción 24 horas

J'ai loué une chambre dans cet hotel pour mes parents, une nuit, mais il y a eu une panne de la climatisation... il faisait beaucoup trop chaud même avec un ventilateur.... Heureusement la chambre etait tres propre, le personnel attentif et ils ont eu le petit déjeuner offert ! On recommande malgré le fort désagrément..

Muy bien, aunque la temperatura de la habitación un poquito justa.

La verdad que en general ha estado todo genial, pero la cafetería cierra exactamente a las 11:30. Ni un minuto más. Y si estabas comiendo te echa El chico… No es muy Top teniendo en cuenta que no hay nada cerca para desayunar. Así que Si has tenido una noche complicada y no madrugas, No desayunas. Además, no está muy bien comunicado. Nosotros estuvimos dos noches y nos hemos gastado casi 200 € en taxifree Porque ni Uber Uber llega 😅😅
