Location is nice with beautiful beachfront. ATV roaming around the beach is noisy and disturb the calm and serene atmosphere. Breakfast is decent but has lack of variety. I recommend exploring breakfast outside for better variety and best local dining experience. The bed is comfortable, TV channel options is limited, bathroom is clean. Wall soundproofing is moderate. You can still hear some muffled sound from next room.

Staff friendly and attend my request accordingly. Staying during weekdays feels more relaxing and less crowded.

The hotel is strategically located, about 10-15 minutes to Bandar Kuantan and Cherating, close to many restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and a clean beach within walking distance of various activities. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food at reasonable prices, the beachfront location, and the staff are friendly. The swimming pool is medium-sized with beautiful views. Check-in was quite smooth with friendly staff, but when we arrived it felt crowded because of a team building group. Breakfast was delicious, but the selection was limited and the dining area was cramped. The parking area is spacious but can be quite crowded during check-in/check-out hours. The Garden View Chalet rooms are quite comfortable with parking in front of the room, although during peak season it can feel full and cleanliness in some areas could be improved. Overall, this hotel is quite a good place to stay, the facilities are decent, only the room cleanliness and food variety can still be improved.

The room was not spacious as desired, impacting the overall comfort. Location of the hotel is great. Short distance from city center. We love the beach and swimming pool. Our kids really had a great time. We also requested a late check-out at 1 PM, and they gladly allowed it. Overall, we had a great stay.

Bed, location, restaurant and beach are so good, will repeat again

Nice place to stay for family. Near to beach. Nice breakfast. However, parking is limited.

The facilities provided are not ok. Bathroom, stagnant after shower. Towels are not provided. Need to request. Need to prepare a place to hang clothes outside to make cust easier. Old request to get strika. Not recommended.

Water in the bathroom is clogged. Very uncomfortable and in food when breakfast have hair. Pool also dirty.
