I liked how accommodating the staff were everywhere and near the pool. The service was 10/10. I will definitely be back at the hotel riu. Such a beautiful place and a wonderful experience I shared.

Great resort! Lots of fun!

The property was great. The folks who work there are kind and friendly. Everyone was so helpful. The location of our room made a difference (I wouldn’t want to have my room on the side that the Santa Fe is on). It was nice having access to the other sister properties.

Need more shades pool and more alcohol in drink.

The grounds were well maintained. The rooms were updated modern and clean. The views and location great right on the beach. Service excellent staff attentive

What is not to like, ocean view room, a real totally inclusive resort, no hidden charges, no premium alcohol up charge. Many food choices, lots of bars to choose from, even one in your room, clean pools, friendly helpful staff. We have been going to the Riu for years, and will go back again!

We had an amazing time at Riu Baja. The cleaning is amazing. The only disappointed is when we went to have dinner at the sister Riu Palace on their steak house. We got there at 6.50pm and they didn’t tell us that the Riu Baja guess is just allound at their buffet. The service just let us waiting until 8.45pm and than he told us that we are not allound to eat there. So rude!! He end it up let us in, but we felt really discriminated! Really need to be address. Other than that horrible experience, everything was great!

Hotel room could be cleaner. I saw a stained pillow like a pen mark. I hold high standards when it comes to cleaning. Floor level rooms are the ones with a little bugs. I saw cockroaches inside the complex at night, not in the room. Overall great

Loved that they have the theme party’s and don’t have to go out to have a great time!

So much fun, relaxing and enjoyable. The food was amazing and all the staff was super nice.

Could not swim in the sea due to Red Flag days. In a nice summer day, large waves are seen due to weather conditions in the Pacific Ocean.

First time in Los Cabos and this resort did not disappoint. Definitely recommend
