Booked three rooms cleanliness was good. Like Goldilocks one room was too hot one too cold and one just right. Slow service from the bar. Rude waitress at breakfast.

Beverley Arms has the right level of helpful staff without being intrusive. good facilities, good breakfast - though I think it's busiest in the last 30 mins before 10am, as most guests, like I was, are there to relax!

The rooms are well equipped and our 'cosy double' was warm and inviting, very clean and of reasonable size. We have stayed here before as it is in the heart of Beverley and great location.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our room with a charming view of the church across the way and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely return if I was in the area.

Everything easy no hassle at all made to feel welcome with my dogs. The only thing I didn’t like was the expensive rib eye steak Definately not worth the cost it was like a bar meal so next time we stay shall be looking for a steak restaurant. Other than that I would Definately recommend.

Clean room, great staff, awesome food.

Friendly and professional staff which is always welcome. Our room had an issue with the shower and we were promptly and courteously given a new room. A super location and they have got everything just right here. The only slight disappointment was the confusion with breakfast orders on the second morning which affected all guests and nearly made us late. The staff dealt with it all very well however.
