Nice apartments but poorly managed. I have a long list of issues, that started with a very bad check in experience (property didn't send me the check in details, then the phone support wasn't able to give me directions to my apartment). After 20 minutes of searching and calls I finally got the instructions email and could get into my apartment. The apartment smelled like mould, coming from the bathroom. Toilet was dirty. I asked to be moved, and got another apartment quickly (that was a good point). The second apartment was also not cleaned properly: - smelly and dirty toilet and shower - dirty couch - dirty fridge - coffe spilled on the upper shelf in the kitchen - loose tap in the kitchen - dusty lights with dead bugs inside. Good parts: - clean bed sheets and towels - comfortable bed - warm rooms - nice design - good location - well equipped kitchen. I don't think I would stay here again in the future.

Spacious apartment, close danube and walking distance from hauptplatz.

We enjoyed our week-long stay here! The apartment is clean and well-laid-out for a family; we loved having a kitchen so we didn't need to eat out every meal. The location is great as it's relatively peaceful but close to the center of Linz. I only wish there were a bathtub for the kids and either a broom or vacuum to help tidy up during our stay! Otherwise there was everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again on a trip back to Linz.

Space enough apartment. Little bit old but well equiped. Sink in bathroom plugged. A lot of parking space around building. Few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and city center. Good communication with Highway. Perfect and completely non touch contact with reception.

Nice apartment in a good location

First of all, when we arrived at the place, we didn't have a clue as to how which building or which floor or which room our room was in because apparently we were supposed to receive an email with a code that we put in at the entrance to receive our keys through a dial-in instrument. We did not receive that email, and when we called the place, they told us we were supposed to receive it, asked for my email again, and to this day we still haven't received it. Anyway they gave us the code over the phone and got our keys eventually. Our room was absolutely filthy, the floors were covered in thick dust, the pots, pans, dishes, forks and spoons were all dirty with whatever old food the previous people had eaten. Half of the light bulbs were either not working or missing. The sofa bed had stains on it, and when we folded it open we saw a lot of crumbs and dirt in the fold. The coffee machine doesn't work properly as well. It's a shame, because the apartment is nicely designed, but it was just filthy and at the price we are paying, it is beyond unacceptable. Will never come back here again, and recommend against.

This is apartment style accomodation and we found it to be spacious, particularly as we booked a 2 bedroom apartment for just the two of us as a single bedroom apartment was not available at the time. The location was good, being close to the river and not too far from the older part of Linz and the shopping district. Public transport to the train station was just around the corner. Prior to arrival communication with the property was efficient, friendly and clear. One piece of guidance that could be added to the information folder in the apartment is a reminder that the city tax needs need to be paid and can be paid on site before you leave. We received an invoice after departure but would have preferred to deal with it prior to leaving the city (and country). Overall we enjoyed our stay at etagerie and would be happy to stay there again.

Good property but the check in was very hard and challenging and the kitchen was not properly supplied ,shortage of pots, pans and utensils ,when of the bed room light bulbs were out and none of TV worked .

Good location. Convenient. Easy to access. Good for vacay or business trip.

This was THE absolute best Place we ever stayed at as a Family! Lukas gave us so much help and even kent us his Personal smoothie maker so we could make smoothies in the morning! How Sweet is that?! If I could give Etagerie Linz 100 stars out of 5, I would ! Stellar in every way!!!

Very clean and modern. Intim and practical. Very well organized. Central location, just 5 min. walk from the city center.

Es gab Schimmel im Bad, alles dreckig, egal ob im Badezimmer, Küche, Schlafzimmer oder in der Toiletten. Es wurde nur Oberflächlich geputzt. Der Check-In war auch nicht gut. Uns hat man gesagt, dass wir einen Link zum anmelden bekommen und das schon 2 Tage vorher, habe es aber am gleichen Tag dann erst nach 4x nachfragen bekommen und der Link kam auch erst nach dem wir in dem Apartment waren. Von der Umgebung wollen wir mal gar nicht reden. Es hat überall im Innenhof nach Gras gerochen. Im Treppenhaus nach Zigaretten Rauch und der Aufzug war so kaputt und abgeranzt, dass man echt Angst haben musste das man stecken bleibt.

Ich habe keinen Code bekommen, um meinen Zimmerschlüssel zu erhalten. Da die ‚Rezeption‘ nur vormittags geöffnet hat, musste ich die deutsche Urbanauts Hotline anrufen. Ich bekam schließlich den Code, aber keinen Zugang zur Tiefgarage. Das funktionierte erst am zweiten Tag, als das Büro besetzt war. Die kleine Wohnung war wirklich nett, im Retro Design und mit kleiner Küche, inklusive Geschirr. Allerdings war der hygienische Zustand sehr mangelhaft. Überall lagen dicke Wollmäuse, Staub und Krümel. Beim Duschen entdeckten wir, dass der Abfluss komplett mit Haaren verstopft war. Wir mussten das Wasser mit dem Mop (aus dem vorhandenen Putzschrank), der ebenfalls sehr schmutzig war, aufnehmen. Mein Mann hat dann den Abfluss gereinigt. Auf meine Mail an Urbanauts kam keine Reaktion, auch, als ich es bei der Abreise ansprach, war kein Bedauern erkennbar, noch gab es eine Entschuldigung. Schade! Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial, relativ nahe am Stadtzentrum, so dass man leicht zu Fuß unterwegs sein kann.

Appartamento spazioso, pulito, ambienti separati, situato al primo piano con ascensore, ottima comunicazione con l'host.

Easy check in, nah an Altstadt und Hauptplatz aber ein wenig schwierig zu finden.

Séjour effectué dans la déception pour nous car manque de propreté (sol sale, miettes sous le canapé, douche sale, four sale), moisissures dans la chambre (choc le lendemain en voyant cela car les enfants y ont dormi …) et lave vaisselle en panne depuis longtemps. Il faudrait qu’ils soient efficaces en terme de propreté pour les prochains voyageurs. Mais il y a du positif : lits confortables et logement bien chauffé. Les couleurs murales sont douces.
