The hotel was good but it is in the Medina, which is too crowded and smelly. It is good for those who want to experience the local media.

My room was superb. I had the Royal room. The ceiling was so beautiful. The room looked out to the internal restaurant (from bathroom) and the outside square (rcif). This is unusual in a riad. So it was noisy until about midnight; drum banging, whistles, children, dogs, cats, people. But that i can handle. What I can't handle is building banging noises for hours during the day. I arrived from an early flight, just wanting a couple of hours sleep, while the outside square was quiet. However with constant loud banging from on site building work, I could not. It gave me a headache that I had for 2 days. I did ask the builder on day 1, after 90 minutes of banging when they would finish that day, he said 4pm, however it continued until 5.30pm. I spoke to staff/manager, his response; "what do you want me to do?" More a statement than an actual offer (I had suggested a free massage). I get that they need to do work, but it makes enjoying the hotel impossible. He did kindly offer to change my room, but I loved my room and the others were not as nice. I'd also unpacked. So...the roof terrace was not in use. I had wanted to have a breakfast or meal up there. It looked almost complete, so I guess it will be done very soon. Internally the maintenance is good. They were plastering in my stairwell too. All looked freshly painted. I booked via Expedia, lots of things are NOT included. No free shuttles, no roof terrace. Overall great room, but noisy. Great A/C & breakfast too.

Great location if you want to explore the medinas. Staff are AMAZING! Restaurant can be quite loud so avoid ground floor room if you are a light sleeper

Great location for the Medina and a great roof for people watching! But room can be a bit noisy...

The hotel has a great location. It is beautiful and the staff tries very hard to please. We had a great lunch on arrival and the breakfasts were varied and plentiful. There were some challenges. The sink in our bathroom leaked badly. The shower only had a handheld sprayer as the wall mount was missing. Without a screen or curtain, it was easy to spread water through the bathroom. We could not use the safe since no one could figure out which key fit.

Great location, relatively accessible by car, which seems rare for Riads in Fes and makes it much easier to find (Fes has many tiny, winding streets with no names, so this is easier to find as it's next to the Place Rcif). Once you've delved into the main medina, if you get lost, there are sometimes signs for the Place Rcif, which helps a lot. I would imagine that finding other Riads in the maze of the medina is a little harder. The Riad itself is stunning on the inside, our room was nice and big, and the staff was fantastic. Our only complaints were: 1) We were cold in the room. It takes several hours for the heater to heat up the room, and the staff turns it off during the day when you are out exploring. If you do stay here in December or another cold month, I recommend coming back in the afternoon to turn on the heater to warm up the room for when you return. We arrived late the 1st night and were freezing. Other nights were better as we kept the heater on for as long as possible and kept doors/windows shut to keep the heat in. 2) We only had hot water once during our 3-night stay (one morning). We tried another morning and at night, and there was no hot water at all. 3) Finally, we got a hammam/gommage in the Riad, and it was not good at all. The man barely scrubbed our bodies, which is the whole point of booking a hammam. I would say not worth it here.

En revenant sur Dakar j'ai constaté qu'il me manquait 2 casquettes ( 1 Tommy et 1 Mercedes) et deux montres ( 1 Cartier et 1 Tissot) offert par ma femme.

La amabilidad del personal. El chico de recepción y su disponibilidad para ayudarnos con las tarjetas de embarque y buscarnos un taxi al aeropuerto ha sido excelente. Gracias. Lo recomiendo.

Riad idéalement placé sur la place Rcif, au départ de la médina. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et très bien agencées. Le personnel est adorable et de très bon conseils. N hésitez pas à vous renseigner à l accueil pour des visites et informations. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux. Un très bon moment pour nous.

Muy especial en su arquitectura

El desayuno esta muy bien y con cantidad. La zona esta bien porque esta al lado de la medina, aunque es la zona mas humilde. El servicio y el personal fueron muy amables y agradables.

Personnel tres sympatique et acceuillant. Situation geographique parfaite. Je recommande

Uitstekende ligging: bereikbaar met City bus, taxi of te voet. Leuk dakterras met uitzicht op Place Rcif (mogelijkheid om te lunchen of drankje te nemen, doch geen ontbijt). Goede service, enkel wat schoonheidsfoutjes (handdoeken vergeten, ..). Klassiek Marokkaans ontbijt. Menu’s ok, maar relatief prijzig. Prima WiFi.
