I love the location, staff was super helpful and I love the breakfast in bed

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble, from booking taxis to recommending restaurants to sorting queries about the room. The breakfast buffet is very varied with plenty of choice, catering for everyone and the hot food freshly cooked to order and taste. We liked the rooftop terrace bar and again very friendly staff. Our only disappointment was the bedroom. We booked a superior room but when asked to do online check in, a twin internal room which is an access room (for the disabled) was chosen for us. It was very dark as the window overlooks a central area which does not have much light. We asked to change to a double superior but was given a tiny room on the 6th floor. There was no room for two suitcases and little room to move. I checked with reception and was told it was a superior although I would describe it as cosy or at best standard. We asked to move and the only options were the internal access rooms which are big but have the disabled equipment in the bathroom. They didn’t have any other superior room available. As a Gold Expedia member I had hoped we may be upgraded but no upgrade was available either. So we had no option but to move to the larger access room. The hotel itself is very near to the historic part of the city and very walkable to all the tourist places and restaurants. We chose this hotel for its location and it is a small intimate boutique hotel.

Very clean and quiet hotel, free breakfast of a hot meal and a cold buffet. Staff went above and beyond and welcoming every time we left and entered the hotel. Has rooftop bar with an excellent bartender. Highly recommend

Perfect location to explore local places interest of central València. Very pleasant stay, Fabricio was very helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable. Check was very efficient, room ready when we arrived! Breakfast staff were very welcoming and attended to our needs.

It was OK. Our room (309) was one of the smaller ones, despite being a larger 'premium room'. The bathroom needed maintenance. The roughly patched ceiling and rotten door frames weren't great. The selection at breakfast buffet was good, but the service was inconsistent. One day staff were great - another day we were ignored. The 'free bottle of wine' was actually a bottle of water.

I absolutely LOVED my room! It was spacious, clean, charming, and quiet. I looked forward to going back to my room after being out all day. The hotel staff is attentive, friendly and genuinely eager to assist! I lost my air pods my second night there and they were able to retrieve them for me! I would definitely stay here again, I felt safe and it was in the middle of everything from the city centre to cute cafes, shopping and numerous great restaurants!

This is the perfect hotel located in the perfect location! The rooms are chic, clean, quiet, and charming! The staff is friendly and attentive too! I will definitely stay again!

Excelente experiencia en general La estadía fue muy buena y superó nuestras expectativas en casi todos los aspectos. El hotel es cómodo, bien ubicado y con una atención destacable por parte de todo el personal, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Las áreas comunes están muy bien cuidadas, el ambiente es agradable y se nota el esfuerzo por ofrecer una experiencia de calidad. Como único punto a mejorar, el mantenimiento de los baños podría ser un poco más cuidadoso, ya que presentan detalles que desentonan con el buen nivel general del hotel. Aun así, es un lugar totalmente recomendable y sin dudas volveríamos a elegirlo.

Nice retro style hotel, good ambiance, central location, good breakfast, well-cleaned and with nice amenities. Will be a huge disappointment if you get an inside-facing room with a window opening into the dark atrium.

The staff at this hotel are lovely and welcoming. The hotel is in an excellent central location and is beautiful. Breakfast was amazing, lovely selection and also pretty much whatever you want cooked at your request. The bar is very relaxing with a great atmosphere. Food is very good and reasonably priced. Nothing bad to say. Enjoyed everything.
