Handy place for easy access to old town

Set in a quiet area, small but functionable room. Needs a little tlc. Comfy bed, goid sized shower cubicle.

Everything during the stay was ok. Upon arrival was told we had to pay a €50 deposit which we would get back around 2 weeks after our stay. It has now been nearly 2 months since our stay and I have tried contacting the hotel multiple times and ways to just be ignored by them and not receive our money back.

The hotel was run professionally it was spotless clean and the staff were exceptional

What i didn't like was the size of the shower, could hardly turn,if you did you turn of the shower because the leaver was to close to your body. Also had to put a card on the door by 11am or your room didn't get cleaned, never had that before in all the hotels I've been in benidorm

Booked for a group of 14 people, 2 night stay. Good location, Friendly receptionists, very clean and rooms were as described. Very good hotel for the price. Would stay again, no problems.

Perfect for what was needed, 5 min walk into old town and staff very friendly and helpful

Lift didn’t work, staff playing on phone all the time, couldn’t get through main entrance, had to buzz for staff to open the door. Good wi fi. Street parking difficult. Underground parking £24 per day and a good walk from hotel.

Reception was fantastic and waited for me to arrive as I had a late flight. Was really polite and friendly too. Decent hotel for the price too.

Third time staying at this hotel. If you're just after a room that is clean (cleaned daily), comfortable bed, nice bathroom with no frills attached then look no further. Can't argue with the value and easily walkable to the new town.

OK. It's a two star hotel. We didn't expect too much. The room was very small - had to shuffle down the side of the bed to get in/out. The balcony was bigger than the room (just an observation). The reception wasn't staffed when we arrived an hour or so earlier than the time stated by the hotel for check-in. I expected to be able to speak with a member of staff about leaving the luggage at the hotel but there wasn't a member of staff anywhere to be seen.

Wrong room provided, anytime we needed something from young woman in reception was followed by a big sigh as we interrupted the book she was reading… Tried getting a refund so we could stay somewhere else but wasn’t able to and witnessed another guest trying this also. Would definitely avoid

This hotel is tucked away up a quiet side street but is just a short walk away from everything you can think of.the room did need a bit of attention, the mirror on the wardrobe was half missing & the room would benefit from a lick of paint. Rooms are quite small & no kettle but there was a free tea & coffee machine, toaster & fridge in the basement. The air con was fantastic & the balcony was a good size. The staff were very friendly & helpful. These opinions are only mine & someone else might have a different view. Would i stay again? Yeah i would for the money it was ok.

I stayed 4 nights. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll. No cleaner or freshly made beds. I could smell weed most of the time, Spanish staying staying there were very noisy at night till 07:00am plus. Over all it could of been a pleasant stay.
