Natalie was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, providing excellent recommendations and local information. Our room was spotless, and the entire estate was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We felt very secure throughout our stay. The on-site parking, located behind secure electric gates, was particularly reassuring. Despite the area's narrow roads, access was straightforward, and the safety mirrors installed at the exit provided excellent visibility for approaching traffic. Breakfast was wonderful and very well organised. We especially appreciated being able to pre-select our menu items, which made the experience smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and well-managed place to stay.

Welcoming and friendly reception with time given to explaining the guesthouse facilities etc. Spotlessly clean room and shower room. Spacious bedroom with walk-in wardrobe for storage. Warm and comfortable. Quality bedlinen. Tea making facilities in room as well as access to guest kitchen for preparing food if required. Delicious breakfast preordered beautifully presented. Good WiFi. Quite simply nothing was too much trouble for Natalie who demonstrates quite clearly that she loves her running her business! Free parking and charging point for electric car. Plenty of restaurants in this beautiful area just a short distance from Henley-on-Thames.

An amazingly beautiful property in a stunning location. Gorgeous rooms and a lovely garden. The owner was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The cooked breakfast was delicious, and the dining room was like a room from a fairy story. Can't wait to come back for a longer stay next time

This was a very nice bed and breakfast. The grounds were beautiful. The owners take great care of their place. The were just overwhelming, very specific on what you could do and not so. Many rules to follow. I would not stay there again.

Excellent stay in Handywater cottages in a cosy converted room with a view of a meadow. It was very well heated on a cold night and very comfortable. Lovely breakfast and warm hospitality from Natalie. Would love to come back in summer and stay a little longer!
