Location not convenient Room overall nice

Near to bus station, room large

Location is good, got shuttle bus, easy to get the bus.

The hotel is clean, the room is spacious, there is a shuttle bus every 30 minutes to the MTR Metro Plaza and a shuttle bus until night. We returned at night from Disney, the shuttle is still at the Metro Plaza MTR. If you want to walk, you can also go to the nearest MTR, MTR Kwai Hing, across from the hotel there are also shops selling food and drinks, minimarkets and restaurants too, so it's easy if you're hungry. The staff is very helpful, when we wanted to go back to Jakarta, we asked to go to the airport using Uber, they even suggested taking a bus which is cheaper, and it turned out that the bus stop was across from the hotel in front of Sevel, we took the A30 bus straight away, if it's night we take the NA30. If I go to Hong Kong again, I'll stay at Cozi again.

Had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Their facilities are top notch, with a notable flaw of not providing water dispensers in the hotel. Otherwise, their room cleanliness, amenities , shuttle service to/from metroplaza, and baggage deposit were superb. Recommended stay & definitely will come back again

Great Affordable place to stay in at Hong Kong. Easy quick accessible public transport through free point to point transportation to Kwai Fong station. Rooms are always kept neat and tidy while you're away just like the same as day one. Also service is quick and responsive to your requests.

Nice, comfortable and clean hotel. But the breakfast buffet is far from satisfying, both in terms of taste and variety.

Good room, luxury corridor, inexpensive, near sky train station, but must go in the back. If according to Google map, will indirectly come to the front. Going to the airport is easier and cheaper. A32 per one

My family and I enjoyed our stay in your hotel. The rooms were clean, and organized. But it was quite far from the MTR, and markets. But overall, we recommend this for all the travelers.
