The room was very basic with an awkward entry way in the bathroom. Staff was not very helpful or pleasant. Breakfast was mediocre

The toilet seat had brown stains, which was gross, had to clean it off with alcohol wipes. Room condition was okay, starting to feel a little old. Hotel amenities were great, the POLA hair and body wash was amazing.

Highly recommend the Intergate Hotel Hiroshima. The staff was fantastic and provided the best care to us. We had a medical issue that the staff worked to help us address. I could not have asked for better help. The rooms are very good and comfortable. Area is walkable to many locations.

I didn’t realize how well-run the Intergate was until staying at this establishment. It has a sky lobby, meaning you check in/out at the top (14th) floor. The cafe/lounge is open during normal business hours on that floor. The bathhouse is on the ground floor. Most of all, it was conveniently located to a shopping arcade and the various parks and gardens.

My favorite hotel in Hiroshima. The room is spacious, and everything is well-suited for a longer stay.
