Fantastic base for a short break. Beautiful setting and so well looked after by the hosts

Loved the vibe and the decor and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Bucarelli Excellent communication before the stay in preparation for arrival. Friendly staff from the minute we arrived. The room was beautiful and we had everything that we needed. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use to the plunge pool. We found the location of the hotel to be perfect. A few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants and a short walk into the city centre. The tourist hop on/hop off bus stops just a few minutes from the hotel. We would happily return again and plan to in the future. Such a beautiful city.

Palacio Buccarelli went the extra mile for us even though we had a schedule outside their normal reception desk hours. I appreciate their willingness to work with us. This is a fantastic place to stay!

Spacious rooms really comfortable lovely pool great breakfast

Favourite place to stay in Seville. Breakfast is lovely. This time splashed out (!) on room with a small plunge pool and was really worth it. Even when the weather isn't so warm it's lovely to have a bit of water therapy.

The hotel is fairly small but it is in a 400 year old building that has been updated to a very high level of comfort. The hotel provides a basket of items you select for breakfast and is about 1.5 miles from all the major attractions in Sevilla. There is a public bus service to these attractions but you have to learn the bus routes. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at this property were excellent—friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout my stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the location is ideal: in a safe, quiet area that’s within walking distance of the city center and main attractions. The room was clean, and the overall ambiance of the property was charming. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom. Despite the staff’s efforts to resolve the issue, the odor kept returning after a few hours, forcing me to keep the bathroom door closed and limit its use. Regrettably, we were not offered an alternative room, nor did we request one. Additionally, the property could use some updates. The couches in the room had noticeable stains, and the coffee machine, TV, and decor felt outdated. The interior design lacked the thoughtfulness reflected in the property’s online photos, which was disappointing. While the stay wasn’t terrible, I wouldn’t return. For the price, it was just okay—but with some updates and attention to detail, this place could have a lot more potential.

Beautiful property, friendly staff. Spacious airy rooms. 20/25 min walk into the centre but Seville is so beautiful that it’s an enjoyable walk.

Pretty yard and nice location

Communication was very good! The property manager what’s app us before hand on all the details needed for getting in. We were able to check in right away, even though it was a little early. We were so excited to stay at this hotel! How disappointed to be given the El Capital room 4. It was a handicap room! The bathroom was big and handicap accessible. Ugly and not comfortable. There were drain flies all over the bathroom. We told the evening guy at the desk, he came and looked, but did nothing about it. We did not have a coffee maker in the room. Guy questioned us as if we didn’t know where to look for it. He came and saw that we did not have one. He brought us one. No coffee mugs, even though we asked for them. I just can’t get over the amount of drain flies, it was very disgusting.

This hotel is so delightful and like nowhere else I've ever stayed.

Everything was great except they tell us (family of five) that the room we booked for 3 people, as listed on the hotels.com app, is only for two people and it’s an extra charge per day for the third person, which added up to quite a bit for the three nights. Exact same room. Exact same beds. Just a “surprise” at check in. Unwelcome.

This hotel was stunning and atmospheric. It had the most beautiful unique boutique rooms. I loved the courtyard with various seating areas and orange trees. The building had so much history and character. The reception area was so beautiful and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. It was also only about 15 -20 mins walk to monumental area.

An oasis just a short walk away(15 minutes) from the main attractions. Peaceful location, really quite but a two minute walk away from some fab tapas bars. Staff were very friendly, helpful and communication before and during our trip was outstanding. Great recommendations. Room was amazing (penthouse terrace ). Breakfast delivered to our door. Honesty bar nice touch. Would highly recommend and revisit.

Big apartments. favourable location. Friendly and helpful staff.....actually they were super friendly and helpful. Interesting breakfast options. Aesthetically beautiful building and relaxed environment. Sorry this is a quite functional review but I don't have much time. We loved this hotel and will be back. If you are thinking about going here don't think too much....just go.
