A comfortable hotel with spacious, clean rooms and a strategic location. The wait for check-in was quite long, about 45 minutes. But overall, it's a good place to stay with family. Please maintain the cleanliness.

The location was just perfect, a few minutes away walking from Monas and the Old Town, really well connected to local transport and easily accessible by cabs and GoCars, with shopping malls and trade centers around the structure. The swimming pool was very nice and despite not having exactly the room we requested, we were upgraded as soon as we did the check-in to a suite instead, which was an unexpected positive twist to our visit. That's one place we will definitely get back to when visiting Jakarta again.

Holiday Inn Gajah Mada standard room is quite spacious and very comfortable, clean and the bed is also very comfortable to sleep. Request for additional pillows and blankets is also served in a friendly manner. I will definitely stay again at this hotel
