The location is good, very close to Pavilion (around 5 minutes walking). The room is very luxury and the space is large. Moreover, one of the bathrooms has got a bath tub as well. Wifi is available. However, no much choices on tv channel. Before check in, we need to contact the contact person. Check in before 3 pm will be charged 100 RM. No left luggage service as well. In my opinion, deposit 400 RM is too much. Overall, I love the location and the room.

I stayed a few times this time but this time it was unsatisfactory because: 1. The main room TV did not work (I had a complaint to the management, but until the 4th day it was not repaired too) 2. The outdoor bathroom water heater did not work. Same thing with TV, but I still have no response. 3. There is absolutely no toiletries, it is really bad, even though usually there is complete shampoo, toothpaste soap and even a comb and cotton bud too. Right coffee and instant tea, this time at all mace. 5. The unit is narrow, but this time I got this balcony the 4th time I stayed here, the other 3 were ok, only this time there were many things that were lacking.
