Reception: 9/10, quite okay, met 3 receptionists, 1 person wearing a vest is quite nice, the female on the same shift is also nice, the only thing that is a little bit unsatisfactory is the morning receptionist, when I arrived I asked her to look after my luggage to go to the hospital for a check-up, even though it was almost 7 o'clock, she seemed a bit tired and uncomfortable. But anyway, she still helped me keep my luggage.
Room: 10/10, on the top floor (8th floor), right on a moonlit night, at night I turned off the lights and opened the window to let the moonlight into the room, ^^!. Only a small note is that the room is prone to ants.
Room service: nice, enthusiastic
If there is one annoying thing is the person in charge of the water counter, I asked if there was a restaurant nearby, she said "yes, I don't know" while across the street from the hotel there are at least 2 restaurants (I only saw them when I walked out, otherwise I probably wouldn't have asked). Luckily the male receptionist was enthusiastic and just a little further across the street there was the shop.
Overall, the experience was 4.5 stars / 5 stars. (would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the female above)
