Old-style luxury and attentive and friendly service. It was our first time in Zhuhai and the staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable, relaxing stay. Among the staff, Jim and Ben, in food and beverage, were extremely helpful and considerate. Sean and Joey, in Check-In at reception were very accommodating and approachable, Terry and Bettie, in Butler and Concierge services, were always available to assist. Beyond that, they all spoke varying degrees of English and were very kind and friendly people - which made our time in Zhuhai quite enjoyable. Thank you from Ben, Kathleen and Austin.

An eye opening experience with St. Regis Zhuhai Butlers did an incredible job making us feeling most welcome! Jason Shawn Ambe Were a great team. Jason ,one of the butlers was the highlight of our stay , he is a true gem and he was willing to go above and beyond!

The hotel is in the center of the city and the location is very convenient. The lobby is magnificent, the rooms are newly decorated and clean.

Window was dirty. Some ocean view room can see Macau, some has tricky angle and can only allow you see ocean. Most staff has difficulty communicating in English. The facility itself as a whole was pleasant.

This property gotta be one of my most memorable stay ever. The room and service are top notch. Will definitely come back again for sure.

We reserved just one night in the St. Regis Zhuhai. We wish we could have stayed a whole week! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the most professional, kind, courteous and sincere service from every staff member. This is such an elegant hotel, and yet it's so nice to be welcomed in such a friendly, down to earth manner. Stella showed us to our room, provided us with some information and answered our questions. In the fitness centre, Bianca and her team were so nice and friendly! The only constructive feedback we can offer is that the jacuzzi pool has a drain that is incredibly loud and we found it distracting from being able to really enjoy the space. We spoke to the staff working at the pool and it seems they are aware of this so hopefully steps are being taken to silence the drain soon. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Zhuhai that values outstanding amenities, friendly, sincere staff and the amazing views of Zhuhai!

The hardware and services of this hotel was unbeatable! While it situated in an developing area and was surrounded by construction sites, the relatively cheap price tag compensated it well enough.

The design of the room is perfect with closet area and big bathroom. Excellent view. The service rendered is high-end. The only problem is the leaking of water from the shower area to the bathroom which is subject to improvement.
