It was great but the attendant at breakfast was extremely rude to us and others in the room with us. She spoke down to us and others for how many pancakes they were making!

I stayed over a weekend here. It's a really nice place. Super clean. The breakfast was good, and the front desk workers were very nice. I travel a lot, and this is hotel is one of the cleanest I've ever stayed. I definitely recommend. Didn't get to use the pool, but it was a nice spot. Restaurants and supermarkets a short drive from hotel.

Front desk man was very nice and helpful. Outdoor area is cute with pool and hot tub. Bed is comfy. Room is clean.

Bed had hair on it and under the sheet. Bathroom counter had short trimmed hair Shower had hair in it and on shelf/ soap dispenser Shower very dirty. Overall terrible cleaning job before check in.

Great location and great breakfast!!

I stayed here for four days and it was great. Rooms were very clean, housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast selection was phenomenal. I wish they had had bacon every day, but having it one day was a treat. Pool area is private and shaded. Front desk staff at check in could be friendlier. Will stay here again.

This hotel will be my family’s go to, because it’s everything that you would want in a hotel.It was in the perfect location for all your needs.The staff was friendly, and the rooms were very clean and the area was very quiet. No complaints here.

We had a really nice stay. Breakfast was great had lots of options. Everyone was helpful and nice. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Parking was all around the building, so easy access to your room. Too much pollen in the pool to go swimming. We enjoyed sitting under the covered area near the pool. We would stay again.

This is an incredibly nice hotel in Gilbert, AZ. Very clean, safe and lots of eating establishments very close to hotel. This is one of the cleanest and nicest hotels we've stayed at. Highly Recommend.

We often visit Gilbert but this was our first time at Holiday Inn Express. Our room was large and clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was better than your average free hotel breakfast, and was busy every morning. The location was very good; you could get to wherever you need to be quite quickly. We'll be back.
