The best and most strategic hotel.

Du Tran (Receptionist) and his colleagues gave us very enthusiastic and thoughtful advice. Helped us have a great experience in Sapa from the 1st to the 3rd of Tet 2025. The room was spacious and clean. My family has 2 children so we chose the Family class, which has bunk beds for the children. They really liked it. Lotus aroma is great because it is close to both the big market and the night market. Convenient for shopping and traveling....

The hotel is clean and worth staying in, the breakfast is very good

Khách sạn đẹp và sạch sẽ, có bồn tắm. Ổn so với giá. Nhược điểm duy nhất là gần chợ và cạnh bến xe nên rất ồn. Tiếng công an lùa xe đậu trái phép lúc 4h 5h sáng và tiếng người nhậu lúc 12h 1h đêm. Khách sạn gần chợ, hơi xa trung tâm. Tuy nhiên, khách sạn có nội thất rất đẹp và đáng tới nha mọi người.

The hotel is large and beautiful, the staff is attentive, enthusiastic and gentle. The pillow is comfortable and soft. Delicious breakfast. The minus point is that it is near the central market so it is a bit noisy. But in return, the food space is ok. The most comfortable mattress is not too high, it's just right. The hotel also gives gifts when checking out. The cake given as a gift is very delicious. Give the hotel 9 points 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Lotus Aroma. I booked a family room for 4 people, the room was as pictured and described, although it was a bunk bed but very spacious and comfortable. The room had a balcony so it was very airy, with a view of the mountain, in the morning and evening you could see the fog. The breakfast buffet was extremely good, many choices, the staff were very enthusiastic. The location is right in the center, in front of Sapa market, close to the bus station. Very worth it.

Service is good, but breakfast seems a bit small. If I have a chance to go to Sapa, I will still choose the hotel again

The hotel is beautifully decorated with room interior, no less than other famous hotels in Sapa, but the price is only half. Going to Sapa many times already, so this time choosing the location of the hotel right next to the market and Sao Viet office feels very reasonable. The hotel should have a better marketing strategy to let more guests know
