Nice, comfortable. Unfortunately, I asked for one large mattress, but was given two mattresses combined into one, so the middle section slides around, which is uncomfortable. It does feel like an old place, but overall it's comfortable. The food is also delicious.

A hotel with rooms with excellent views. The mountain view is great in the rooms, but other areas like the prayer room and the path to the pool could use some attention. The pool is large, with a children's area and a 1.5m pool with a great view. On Sunday mornings, there's a free zipline for children. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, some areas need some attention for repairs and cleanliness.

The atmosphere is pleasant, and the rooms are quite comfortable. The surroundings appear poorly maintained, and many of the facilities are in disrepair. However, at night, the view is stunning, directly overlooking the mountains and city lights.

When I first arrived, the room I was given did not match the one I chose in the app, after I complained, the hotel informed me that the data entered was in accordance with what I chose, but I still insisted on choosing a room with a mountain view, not a garden view. When I wanted to upgrade my room, I had to pay an additional fee. I agreed to the additional fee stated. After I gave the wrong room key, thank God the hotel was able to upgrade the room without any additional fees. Thank you Royal Caravan, whether it was the app or the hotel's fault, I am still grateful for the hotel's extraordinary handling🙏🏻🤍

I really like the hotel's natural setting. It's cool. Lots of trees. Nice. The rooms are comfortable too. However, the children's playground would be better if it was renovated, as it's in a bit of a dilapidated state.

For a staycation it is very appropriate, the mountain atmosphere, and the view of the room I chose is also right, Mountain view, but the room building has a lot of rust because it is made from containers, the cleanliness around the room, especially the arrangement of the garden and trees is lacking in maintenance, the swimming pool is not maintained and even looks scary as if it has never been used because it is quite far from the location of the room, even though the view is good, as input for the owner of the place to be able to carry out routine maintenance, unfortunately the location is good but the maintenance is less than optimal. for the restaurant and food menu, the service is also friendly to all the staff

The food at the restaurant is delicious, the spices are thick, yesterday I tried the warm rawon with the cold night weather. Unfortunately, the room was full of black ants, they didn't bite me, I could still sleep, but it was a little uncomfortable because I got a room downstairs, so the room above was really noisy, loud banging. But outside the view is really nice, comfortable to hang out in the canteen and garden, the swimming pool is really spacious, very suitable for a family vacation.
