We rented two standard rooms facing the pool. The room size is actually standard but feels cramped because the interior design somehow blocks the path. The furniture is typical of an old hotel, cracked here and there, but it's quite clean on the surface except for important details such as the sofa and headboard which are made of white synthetic leather so any accumulated dirt is really visible. They really need to clean it. They didn't seem to put cleaning effort into the details (furniture corners, the floor under the bed, windows were very dirty). Thankfully the staff were helpful and quick to respond, even at midnight. Breakfast was so-so, quite varied but the quality of the bread really needs improvement. Another downside, there was always noisy noise to the right and left of the room throughout my stay, even in the middle of the night, the sound of someone cleaning while moving furniture which was very disturbing to rest, especially at night.

Clean, comfortable, and friendly. The food is delicious and the hotel environment is fresh, like being in the mountains even though it's in the city.

Hidden gems in Malang, one of the marvelous places to stay, calm, quiet, and a little bit far away from the city madness. The room was so neat and clean, staff are kind and helpful. I will recommend this one as a must-visit and stay place in Malang. Worth trying.. See you soon

Perfect for a resort family hotel for us, nice pool, clean room, good taste and variety breakfast menu and last but not least a lot of space for parking lot, near TOLL (freeway access) area, but quiet neighborhood.

Awesome, Harris is always fun

It's perfect for families, with friendly, welcoming staff who are very helpful. The favorite spot is definitely the swimming pool, which varies in size and features slides for all ages.

The staff at the front desk is rude. When we came for check-in, two staff at the front desk were looking down at the computer and not welcoming the guest. The service is so bad.
