I got the room at the end, the AC wasn't cold, I informed the receptionist, but the response was bland.
The food was just standard, the taste was plain.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the day before we finished breakfast, why was the room immediately made up? We hadn't even checked out yet.
I ordered food via Grab from the hotel, but the hotel didn't notify us when it arrived, even though we included our room number in the order. Instead, we were notified the next morning after we had already checked out and were already at the airport (not being able to provide extra service).
Please don't discriminate between all customers staying there.
Breakfast was mediocre.

The best hotel experience in Bali, with just the right amount of hot water and a clean bathroom. Comfortable bed, cool air conditioning. Only minimal coffee and tea are provided.

enough to stay here once. for a 4 star hotel in my opinion it is very lacking and does not match the price. check in took a long time, the receptionist was friendly but too nosy about the people staying at the hotel, asked for a room on the upper floor initially given the 2nd floor eh suddenly moved to the 1st floor, the water is not hot, 4 star hotel the TV is not clear all the channels are swarmed by ants, breakfast is not varied please pay attention to the service and quality.
