The new hotel is still clean. Unfortunately, when we stayed there, there was construction going on next door, so it was already very noisy around 7 in the morning, making it difficult to sleep.

Love to stay in this hotel, good facilities and lots of activities, including a kids' mini playground. I hope the variety of breakfast foods can be increased, especially the protein sources.

Everything is good, the swimming pool is very popular with the children, Mr. Eka Kunindra is indeed the best, he will come here every month.

The Vouk Supposed To Have 3 Start Rather Than 4/5 Hotel Or Resort Stay For 2 Night ... The Hotel Is Good , What Need To Improve : 1. I Need To Wait 1 Hour For Check In Because The Room Wasnt Ready 2. Extra 45 Minutes To Get My Luggage Deliver to The Room 3. The Food Have No Many Option,and Some Items Is Out Of Stock ( They Need Refill Several Times ) 4. Maybe Because The Number of Staff is Smalll, It Takes A Time For Them To Clean Our Room , Its a 3-4 Pm and we need to call Them First

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the balcony is big, the pool is also very big.
