I ordered a family executive suite, a room without carpet, a bathroom without a bathtub & cramped.

I returned from MOI because my child wanted to attend an event. I didn't plan on staying overnight, but it turned out my child wanted to stay overnight, so I booked at El Hotel. I arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, thinking I couldn't check in yet, but it turned out the room was ready, so I could move right in. The front desk, restaurant, and pool staff were very friendly. The food was also delicious.

The lift facilities are not very comfortable, because it takes quite a long time just to get up and down the lift.

Always great to stay here with family. The room was clean and quiet. The facilities and the breakfast were also good.

I stayed for 4 days in a family room. The bed was terrible. The bed is old and not properly balanced. I hurt my back so bad. The AC is leaking. We reported it and the problem is still there. Breakfast was so-so. Corridor smell. The staff's service was excellent.

Ran out of soap, shampoo, bathroom roll, enough only for one person instead of four (we paid for 2 bedrooms). Bed light not working, bedroom chair so thin I almost fell.

The spray is not clean and feels itchy.

The bathroom lacks a bidet, and the showerhead is fixed overhead and can't be lowered. It's not very kid-friendly. All the restrooms in the hotel also lack bidets. Breakfast is often spicy, but only eggs and soup are non-spicy.

The kids' favorite is the swimming pool. The room needs more lighting, as it tends to be dim.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is varied, the gym facilities are usable, just need to upgrade the equipment.
