The AC needs to be replaced with a cooler one, especially given Semarang's boiling weather. The strong smell of rats in the restaurant makes me worried about hygiene.

The AC in the room takes a long time to cool, and the water in the bathroom has trouble draining, so when you shower, the water pools.

Hotel facilities suitable for family staycation

Not recommended, this is the first time I've booked a hotel via the app and ended up with a poorly maintained hotel, not befitting the renowned Hotel Horison brand. The hotel is poorly maintained, evident from the dirty lobby and hallways, which are very dangerous. The elevators are poorly maintained, I was stuck in the elevator for 5 minutes with the doors unable to open. Sorry for the honest review, hopefully in the future they will improve in maintenance, especially hotel elevators, as they are very life-threatening if not properly maintained.

The hotel room's AC wasn't cold, the TV wasn't even a smart TV, oh my, the parking was horrible and unsafe, the pillows smelled musty, and it didn't meet my expectations. This will be my first and last time checking in here🙏

This hotel has a nice view, especially since the swimming pool is on the 30th floor, but the AC in the room I stayed in wasn't cold.

The staff was friendly, the hotel room was decent, but the parking lot was a bit creepy. Breakfast was basic, not very varied, and cold. A plus was the pool on the 30th floor, which offers views of the city. Awesome.

Honestly, for those who like mid-city Semarang, it's okay and the rooftop view is okay... but the room I got leaked when it rained, aka flooded.

It's also comfortable, especially on the rooftop there's a swimming pool and natural views.. Awesome.

The room was clean and spacious, with a king-size bed that could accommodate four people and children. The breakfast menu was quite varied and the food was delicious.

People are tired from a long journey, the app can't convey a non-smoking note, instead they are given a smoking room, even though they are bringing 2 children.. What if the app and Horison are not in sync, they say they are certified.. Tried 3 Horison hotels in 3 areas, from Dieng, Batu and now Semarang.. In Semarang, it's sad to be given a smoking room.. Not according to the order.
