I used to come here often because the pool and gym were included. The rooms were still under normal wear and tear, but now it seems like the damage has been left to worsen. For example, the AC leaked, hitting the wooden floor, causing it to rot and peel. The sink was also partially blocked because the water took so long to drain. The sheets had many stains that couldn't be removed. There were only two pillows, and only a pair of hotel slippers. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and when the room was cleaned on the second day, it seemed careless. Not all the food waste was thrown away. I was a bit disappointed with the current standard of service.

The room is dirty and another thing that is really annoying is that there is no smoking area... even though you can smoke in the room, the staff said you will be fined... it's really unlucky to stay here. And this is the first time you've been fined for smoking in the room, but they're lazy to respond.

Regarding your room, we explained to you at check-in that it is a non-smoking room in accordance with Surabaya City Smoking Regulation No. 15/2008. Please note that smoking will incur a fine of 1 million VND on top of the room cleaning fee. If there is still a lingering smell of tobacco, we will not be able to sell the room to you.
