I don't think this is a 3-star hotel as advertised on Google. Very old hotel with a yellowish, rusty toilet and very low water pressure. The air conditioning suddenly broke down in the middle of the night; luckily, it was addressed fast and fixable. Very limited parking space. The only redeeming factor is the location. But, I guess you get what you pay for, although the yellowish, rusty toilet with very low water pressure is not supposed to happen no matter the price you pay.

Comfortable and clean rooms and friendly and professional staff.

Room was big and comfortable. Worth the price with breakfast included.

Old establishment. Rooms were not clean well. Hair strains all over. Furniture fitting are outdated and need to change. Power point. Unfortunately only one available. The phone was was not working till check out. Breakfast spread was the only plus point.

Hotel bersih cuma peralatan lama. Bathtub lama, so far okay, berurusan pun easy. Dekat bawah boleh terus dapat Chinese food.

Good in terms of location and reception service. Other than that I would say its not up to standard.

The family room is ok, spacious, there is a bathtub, but there is no hot water, the refrigerator in the room doesn't work either, it looks like it's been a long time. Air con during the day is less cold. Iron is there, but it has to be shared. Breakfast is not much of a menu. Hotel location is ok near the city. Friendly staff all. Ample parking.

Comfortable and fun, right downtown.

Firstly, to have a room there is a massage, it is possible to change the fridge room without function, so we are lazy to fluctuate to change the room, so we stay je considering the hotel's location is satisfying. Only JE service is not satisfactory, and the receptionists are also happy to smile near the customer.

the hotel quite old & and there’s stains on the bedsheet. I guess if the hotel management do some make over, it will be good.

The hotel is not a good location because too many dogs. The room got too much of ant when I was sleeping and the tv is not that working. Have to upgrade a better tv

It was a good hotel and within walking distance. However the sheet/mattress need to be clean up more as there are mites on the bed. Other than that it is okay.

The hotel too old, smelly and aircond not cold. Such a boring room. Bathroom need to improve.
