(+) The hotel lobby and corridors are fragrant, the rooms are spacious and clean, the toiletries are complete, there is an iron in the room, the hotel location is strategic, on the left side of the hotel at night there are many Muslim-friendly food trucks, on the right side of the hotel there is Sevel, Durian D King and Nasi Kandar stalls so it is easy to find food or just snacks, Suria is only a 5-minute walk, the staff are very friendly, the receptionist and security are 24 hours. (-) The breakfast is varied but the taste is very bland, from fried rice to pasta, it doesn't suit my tongue, the room feels a bit old and the lighting is dim, there is a tax of 10 rm / night for foreign tourists

almost. have no hotel to stay. hotel actually cancel the booking but traveloka somehow missed it. checkin staff are willing to work harder to make sure i get a room. thanks corus

Close to everywhere, in front of Avenue Mall, on the left is the food court, on the right is Sop Hameed, Family Mart, next to it is another mall, and across from it is Isetan Mall, Twin Tower. The room is clean, okay in general. Thank you

Limited parking.. the hotel informed that you have to park near the food truck and you have to clamp down with the food truck vendors.. the hotel should have informed you in advance about the parking.

The staff is friendly. The room is comfortable. I got a room with a nice pool and city view. I tried the in-room dining. The night view at the pool is cool with a view of the twin towers. I stayed here because there are buses directly in front of the hotel to Penang and Singapore, so after breakfast I can immediately take the Aeroline bus. So it's easier. There's also a waiting area in the hotel lobby.
