The swimming pool is really nice and the location is strategic

The room cleanliness is not clean, there are animals like worms but bigger. The hotel atmosphere is scary, many rooms are not maintained, stayed there for 2 nights but in the morning at 6 am after sleeping 1 night immediately left to check out because of an unpleasant incident, at 3 or 4 am the door handle turned by itself and the door was tried to be opened from the outside, asked who was outside no one answered, wanted to open the door was afraid. Basically, I felt lied to because the photo was good when in fact only the lower front part had been slightly renovated, the rest was a dud. The hotel atmosphere was dark, with the excuse of saving electricity because there were no visitors. Hopefully soon there will be investors who are willing to help with the renovation so the hotel can be better, and 1 more when I complained to the hotel they didn't believe me and accused me of lying.

The place is clean and very comfortable. If you are in Bali, you must stay here.

The hotel staff at the reception were very unhelpful. When I checked in, I got a room on the 2nd floor. I asked for help to bring it to the room because I was a woman and only with my mother, but I was refused. The same thing happened when I checked out.

The bathroom, room, floor and bed were very dirty. Like it was never cleaned. Even towels were not provided. The staff was not friendly. Not staying there again. I'm fed up 😔

By looking from the online gallery, the hotel is very good and the name also has"RESORT"in it. Expectations were already positive, until the hotel was very disappointing in terms of cleanliness, big 0, service, the staff were very unfriendly and lazy, I would rather go home and sleep, all the facilities were broken and not working properly, nothing. Never ever come back to this RESORT again!

the service is not friendly at all, the atmosphere is very horror, sheets and blankets are not replaced so itchy itchy, a lot of mosquitoes, dust everywhere, smelly refrigerator, smelly room ... if you want to stay here think think again deh

Seriously. In the photo there are bean bags, pool and really nice lights. After arriving it looks like it's not maintained, very different from the photo. The blanket is itchy. The front area of the room has lots of cigarette butts that haven't been swept: (.
