Got room 312, like a makeshift room for rent, maybe because there was an ITB graduation event, actually paid 750 thousand without breakfast. The room was a bit smelly but it was camouflaged using a fragrance that was put who knows where. Then the noise from outside (the street) was very loud and could be heard inside, because there was a wooden balcony door, amazingly the door was only locked with a 5 cm slot (not very proper for a hotel with that rate), sleeping on the mattress was itchy and the bathroom table was no longer suitable (worn wood and smelled of mold), but it was not replaced. In the bathroom when taking a shower the water leaked out into the dry area, because the glass door was not installed (broken).

The hotel staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful during check-in and check-out.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is close to everywhere, the place is very cool, the rooms are nice, the air conditioning is cold.

I will come back to stay again, the hotel atmosphere is very beautiful, and because it is very close to everywhere when there is CFD in Dago, you can just walk.

The atmosphere of staying at the Sangkuriang Hotel House is very comfortable, it feels like being at home, cool, beautiful, and very strategic to go anywhere, but unfortunately the downside is that the bathroom is not very clean and the breakfast variety is not very many🫣

It will be our choice if we stay in Bandung.

My two-night stay here was very comfortable. The room was clean, the amenities were complete, and the hotel atmosphere was simply divine. I was planning to extend my stay, but the rooms were all full. It was a real bummer, and I had no choice but to check out :( The only downside, in my opinion, was the breakfast, which lacked variety. But overall, it was great. Ordering GoFood/GrabFood was fast, and there were plenty of food options nearby. I'll be staying here again next time, thank you so much...

It's quite nice, although the hotel building is actually quite old. With some renovations and a little furnishing, this hotel would be very nice, considering its strategic location.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is beautiful. The atmosphere is like old Bandung. It's so romantic.

Comfortable, beautiful hotel, easy access to everywhere, close to ITB campus

The current condition of the Jouse Sangkuriang Hotel is very poor and serious: 1. The air conditioning in the room doesn't work. 2. The bathroom door is broken, and the glass shower door is missing, so water splashes all over the bathroom floor when you shower. 3. The bath towels are worn, thin, and dirty. 4. The carpet in the room is damaged and smells bad. 5. The swimming pool water is dirty and the floor is covered in moss. Stay here is highly not recommended, even though there's a promotion.

Nice, neat, clean, and aesthetic

The hotel staff is very friendly, the service is also good, the atmosphere is comfortable.

Good location, close to ITB, walkable, all facilities functioning well, good breakfast, room with balcony and sofa. Room spacious enough to add an extra bed for a child.

The location is very strategic, close to Sabuga, ITB, and Babakan Siliwangi. The hotel's design is also aesthetic, combining Dutch house design with new buildings. Unfortunately, the mattress is not very comfortable; the springs are starting to feel. Breakfast options are also limited.

Everything is all good, the room, the staff, and the food.

Check-in was quick and fast. This is my second stay here. Since the first time was pleasant, I chose this hotel again. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. I got one towel with holes in it, and the other one smelled like sweat. The drinking glass in the room also smelled like ammonia. The pillow smelled like sweat, so I decided not to use it. The sheets looked clean, but when I opened the blanket, it looked like there were brown stains on it. The first time I was here, the breakfast was delicious, but yesterday's taste wasn't as good as last time. Well, if it's a matter of taste, everything is relative, but overall the breakfast was still pretty good, there was a lot of variety, the chicken porridge was delicious, but unfortunately the fruit was bruised. This seems to be the work of other guests, because it looked like the fruit was poked to be taken but didn't, so it was bruised. Check-out was also quick and fast. The staff were all friendly. FYI, if you want to order food and have it delivered to your room, the menu is in a drawer on the room table, it's a bit of a hidden gem.

3 days 2 nights, at House Sangkuriang, so far it has been comfortable and very happy to be able to staycation here.

I often stay at House Sangkuriang when I go to Bandung. It's getting more and more upgraded and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly.
