Good hotel, good staff, and also a comforting place for family.

The room was spacious and clean, but there were no hotel slippers; you had to ask for them. The food was average, but plentiful. The only problem was that the door frame was moldy. Overall, it was good.

I stayed on the 29th, checked out on the 30th. Everything was safe from the moment we checked in. It's just a shame there was mold on our pillows. And we didn't ask for a change because we checked in late at night and wanted to rest because we were tired. Please check again whether the room is ready to be sold or not (it's a shame that the pillowcase wasn't completely dry when it was installed). Breakfast was pretty good. Keep improving for the common good, guest satisfaction is number 1. I'm also a hotel person. Success 🙏🏻

This is my third stay here, and so far, so good. Affordable, close to everything, and the rooms are okay, although basic, so the price is reasonable. However, there's no luggage trolley, which can be a bit cumbersome if you're bringing a lot of stuff, and there's no security or staff standing by the entrance to help with your luggage.

The price is very cheap, and I still think the value is very high. However, my room was very, very dark. Even though I turned on all the lights, it was still dark, making it feel uncomfortable.

For this price, there are actually many comparable hotels that are cleaner. Sorry, before booking a hotel here, I underestimated it because I saw reviews about the cleanliness of the hotel, which were full of cockroaches. But since it's close to my work location, I put it aside. I thought those people were just unlucky to suddenly get a room full of cockroaches. Turns out I was one of those unlucky people, lol. Even though there were no cockroaches when I checked in during the day, when I came home that night, the cockroaches had suddenly spread everywhere, including the mattress and walls near the bed. Luckily, my husband killed them. When I saw the cockroaches, some came out from behind the bed frame and the wallpaper. So I couldn't sleep, I suggest I was afraid of being infested by cockroaches. Please, if you can't upgrade it, at least improve the anti-insect and termite treatment. At least spray the guests with insect spray before checking in, so they feel safe. Even though the mattress, floor, and toilet were clean, it's a shame that suddenly there were so many cockroaches, making it uncomfortable. Just additional information for those who want to have a fun staycation, request the ladies and gentlemen to ask for a smart TV so they don't get bored, coincidentally we got a room where the TV was still analog, so it was a bit boring. Hopefully there will be updates! Success

Clean room, clean swimming pool, strategic location, close to Seminyak Beach.

Nice place, clean hotel, everything is provided and good location. Close to the shops and many Balinese restaurants. Staffs are also helpful. We came early, but they allowed us to check in early. It was very helpful for us with kids.

There are a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom, on the restaurant table, and on the plate. That was so bad.

I got a room that smelled really damp, and then asked for a change three times, but finally, I was given a deluxe room facing the balcony. At first, it didn't smell damp. But after turning on the AC, the damp smell returned. It turned out there was quite a thick layer of black mold in the central AC. Luckily, it was only for one night. Then, when I was about to check out, there were suddenly baby cockroaches in the room. Honestly, the hotel is nice, but unfortunately, the room is poorly maintained. The service is actually good, and the staff is good. The only downside is the condition of the room. The breakfast is very standard, ordinary and not that delicious for the price.
