On my other review, I have shared my experience regarding the 3 complaints I see from many reviews and comments. So now, I want to share about the room. The room was amazing, we had an indoor pool, so I swam every morning. And the vibe is just so, so good. My mom said she really enjoyed her morning meditation here. My brother loved that we got a huge table to accommodate him working. Overall, we just loved it. And now are the things that amused me. When we first arrived, the receptionist greeted me very, very, very welcomingly 🤧🫰🏻 to the point where all my stress and worries from the airport are gone. ✨ She explained every single thing in the room, the facilities, the way, and all of our necessities in a very detailed way. Kudos to her. 🙏🏻 Going in the room, we are welcomed by a heartfelt handwritten letter by the cleaner and some local delicacies that are yummy. 😋 I am genuinely touched. 🫰🏻😞 And to the most important part, the beach club!! 1000/10‼️ The view is immaculate and the place is comfy.

At first, I read many reviews from a lot of platforms, and overall everyone was satisfied except for 3 reasons. So I want to share my experience regarding these issues. 1. Cleanliness: From my stay experience, I found the rooms are very, very clean. Even the pool, the bathroom, and everything inside my room was very clean. So, I don’t relate to the reviewers that complained about cleanliness. 2. Towel: Many reviewers complained that they have difficulties with borrowing towels. So when I first arrived, I checked the number of towels I was given. I got 2 per room, which is fair. And then they gave us one towel card per person for borrowing towels at the pool. Therefore, I don’t think I have any complaints regarding towels. I think they have a system, and I respect the system. But since I didn’t borrow any towels from the pool, I guess I can’t be 100% sure. But based on my experience, good job 👍🏻 3. Vibe: I read from TikTok comments that some people experience weird things at this hotel… like seeing ghosts, feeling ghosts, etc. This I can’t guarantee, but my mom is very sensitive. She can’t see but she can feel them to the point she will vomit. Yet she loved this hotel. She doesn’t feel anything at this hotel. She even said she doesn’t want to leave HAHAH Okay, now to the things that amused me. The hotel needs an upgrade as the rate doesn't match what you expect from a 5-star resort. Curtains are old and dragging on the floor, walls and ceiling have cracks and paint issues. Hallways are all over the resort. Staff were great.

The place is beautiful and clean. The view is also excellent, with direct access to the beach. Perfect for a family or couple vacation.

Overall okay, but the room equipment is not complete, such as amenities.

The hotel is near the beach, can go directly to Finns and Atlas. I booked 1 night, the beach view was not clearly visible because it was covered by construction next to the hotel. The first entrance to the hotel was very scary, starting from the dirty lobby floor and many broken room doors. The hallway of the hotel room was very scary, the floor of the room was also dirty, like a ghost room. Many mirrors were also broken. The point is that this hotel is not comparable to the price I paid, 130 SGD, which is said to be a 5-star hotel. Plus, only the staff here are friendly, but in return, they ask us to make a review for them on Google. In short, I will not return, it's scary.

The signal is a bit difficult, the room with the swimming pool needs more attention to cleanliness.. so that it is free from animals or insects.. the rest is very satisfactory

I admire the friendliness of the staff. Especially during check-in, I was handled by this receptionist in a white shirt—I forget her name. She was very friendly and attentive, and check-out was handled with the same courtesy. That's why I took the time to take photos so I could give a review like this. If I ever go to Bali again, I'll definitely return to this hotel.

Always a great stay, but check-in is too late and the wait can be long. Love that they have a medical team on standby for sick guests. Keep up the good work! 😊

One of the best hotels and resorts in Bali, especially in the Canggu area. One of my favorite spots is the swimming pool at sunset. The room was also huge for my family, and the hotel is very quiet and recommended. This was one of my memorable experiences on the god island, Bali.
