One of the best hotels and resorts in Bali, especially in the Canggu area. One of my favorite spots is the swimming pool at sunset. The room was also huge for my family, and the hotel is very quiet and recommended. This was one of my memorable experiences on the god island, Bali.

A very nice hotel in a prime location in Canggu. The hotel is clean, and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. During my 3-day stay, the food menu varied and was both delicious and plentiful. The large pool has direct access to the beach, and the sunset view is stunning. There’s also ample parking. The only downside is the elevator access; I happened to get a room at the far end, 501. The distance from the room to the elevator and from the elevator to the lobby is very far. The elevator should have been close to the room, but it was out of order at the time. Maybe if I return for a vacation to Bali, it will be accessible by then. If asked whether I would stay there again if I return to Bali, the answer is definitely yes.

The hotel is old but still clean, the price is affordable, the rooms are spacious, the most enjoyable is the large pool and the ocean view. Unfortunately, the breakfast menu is ordinary and the taste is lacking.

We stayed for 4 nights and 3 nights, and every time the room was cleaned, a laundry bag was always provided, but we had to ask for it first. They only gave us 1 bottle of bottled water per day. The location of the lobby and parking lot are quite far away. If it rains heavily, you can imagine how difficult it is to get in and out of the car to get to the lobby.

The car was stranded in the parking lot. The toilet smelled. The room key suddenly stopped working. The hotel elevator was down, so we had to walk a long way from the parking lot to our room. A waste of energy and time.

Toilet in the public area (Vue Beach Club) was super dirty. The room ambiance and environment are old and look bad for a 4/5-star hotel. The management really needs to improve cleanliness and even do a big renovation and improve the hotel quality.
