Value for money. Recommended to stay again.

It was my first time staying there and I already had the problem of no hot water... it was also limited... there was no telephone in the room and the TV didn't work and was still a makeshift model.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. It's conveniently located near a large supermarket and the family's favorite grilled chicken restaurant. There's a 24-hour cafe next door that's quite tasty.

Good hotel but old dated, Very classic, typical English style. There was still a tube TV. Spacious room with a table + two chairs. The room also had large windows, with a view over the city. The location was perfect, close to the harbor, food stalls, supermarket and minibus terminal.

The location is ideal, close to places to eat, Hypermart, bus terminal and the port. The room is quite spacious, there is a refrigerator, coffee maker, dining table and 2 chairs. The bathroom is also quite spacious, although the facilities are old and need to be replaced, but it still works. All employees are kind and friendly. Unfortunately we were only given 1 bottle of drinking water per day even though there were two of us. Tips = the mirror in the room needs to be cleaned more until it shines, the old TV needs to be replaced.

Its very bad one, mold everywhere, not maintained well, towel is dirty

the hotel is very old, the property is also old, the smell of the room is very old, so the mattress and sofa are itchy, the toilet has cockroaches. The hotel needs to be renovated

The receptionist is very friendly but the wifi doesn't seem to be active and another thing is that toothbrushes aren't provided.

Good for resting and very easy parking.

Summary: Rating is 4/5. Pro: 1. Easy parking facility (other hotels in the same location do not have parking faci as good as Marco Polo) 2. Friendly and good staff. 3. The place is near to a lot of malls and other interesting places. Cons: 1. The room I had smell a bit weird. But not really a problem because the next day the odour was gone. 2. Water supply issue. The shower in our shower room was not working. So we used the water supplied in the bath tub. In short, good place to stay!

Access to anywhere is close, those who like culinary can just walk.

Quality room and hospitality services for business travelers. Recommended. Will stay again in the future.

Great breakfast. They serve it to your room around 7.30 in the morning.

Very good. It had private carpark. The securicor were around. Nice place. Ventilation OK. I stay almost 2 week. Overall very good.

it is located at the centre of the town, easy to reach any place. the room is satisfying.

Must improved breakfast menu. toilet not clean.

Staff were friendly. but the hotel were too old fashioned.
