The hotel's location is strategic, but the rooms aren't well-maintained, and neither are the bathrooms. The service and amenities are okay, though... it's also worth the price... thank you.

I got a small room and there weren't any towels, so I had to ask for them. Otherwise, it's okay for just sleeping, even though the outside is really nice. As long as you can sleep comfortably, it's just fun, hehe

No hotel slippers, ordered a double bed but ended up with twin beds combined, dirty sheets, lots of cockroaches in the room. Prices above 500 rupiah are inferior to those priced at 300 thousand rupiah.

Unfortunately, this hotel doesn't list NO SMOKING rooms on the Traveloka app... so when we had already booked a smoking room, we were disappointed to find that there were no smoking rooms available...

The room has lots of cockroaches, the water smells a bit, there's yellow in it.

As soon as I entered the room, I was greeted by baby cockroaches crawling on the wall out from between the TVs, the bathroom sliding door was broken and difficult to move, the bathroom wall was made of transparent glass which was not suitable for staying with colleagues, and what was annoying was that there were mites in the bed because the next day the skin on the back of my head became itchy and itchy from mites or bed bugs. Plus the TV couldn't be used, I had to log in to the internet and there was no local TV, and to log in to the smart TV I had to report to the receptionist first. The room was old-fashioned, typical of an old hotel. There were no facilities. Apart from the bed, the TV on the wall couldn't be used, and the bathroom. There was nothing else.

I was given the worst room, even though I booked a fairly expensive room.

Blankets, sheets and pillowcases are dirty, please check them again before accepting new guests because for me personally, who is allergic to dust, it will be very dangerous if an allergic reaction occurs due to dust/bed mites, thanks🙏🏻

The location is strategic, very close to everything, and there are lots of food around the hotel. The service at the front desk is also very good, and you can request a daily room cleaning. However, the room cleanliness is lacking; there was a small cockroach in the room. Perhaps the cleanliness could be improved.

Room is facilitated with smart tv, but require to manually login to wifi every time the tv powered on. Cleanliness of carpet and jacuzzi also need to be improved. Overall, it is a decent price for room with private jacuzzi.

Quiet, comfortable for working, close to everywhere.

The jacuzzi is really great for 2 people, it's also spacious to have sex there, plus there's a foam maker in abundance, the parking lot is small, the food is pretty good... strategic location,

If you're looking for an indoor bathroom, it's really good, you can also watch Netflix while doing it.
